The Analysis of Urban Life Quality Indices Case: Vardavard Locality, in the 21st District of Tehran City

كيفيت زندگي محصول تاريخي نظام هاي فرهنگي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و سياسي است و نمي توان آن را مجزا از ساختارهاي فوق تبيين كرد. بنابراين مفهوم كيفيت زندگي يك متغير مركب مي باشد و وضعيت آن به سطح توسعه يافتگي جوامع بستگي دارد و مي توان آن را با طراحي و تدوين شاخص هايي، تعريف و اجرا كرد. در اين مقاله وضعيت و سطح كيفيت زندگي شهروندان محله وردآورد منطقه 21 شهر تهران، بر اساس شاخص هاي تاثير گذار بررسي شده است. از آنجا كه شاخص هاي كيفيت زندگي متعدداند، براي اين محله شاخص هاي مناسبي در چند عنوان كلي كه هر كدام داراي زير مجموعه هايي هستند مانند سرزندگي و هويت محل، آموزش، زيست محيطي، مسكن، حمل ونقل، دسترسي به خدمات، امنيت و اقتصاد طراحي و براساس آن پرسشنامه مورد نظر تهيه شد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران200 نفرتعيين شد و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss,Excel,Minitab (براي آزمون هايي چون ميانگين وزني ساده، تي تست و همبستگي)كيفيت زندگي در محله وردآورد تحليل شده است. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه سطح رضايت از شاخص كلي كيفيت زندگي شهري و همچنين تمامي شاخص هاي 9گانه آن بين كم و متوسط مي باشد و در نهايت ضريب همبستگي نشان مي دهد كه ميان شاخص هاي كيفيت زندگي همبستگي وجود دارد و با بهبود وضعيت مسكن و دسترسي به خدمات مي توان به ارتقا سطح كيفيت زندگي در محله وردآورد شهر تهران كمك كرد.

Life quality is a historical outcome of cultural, social, economic, and political systems and it cannot be explained in exclusion of these structures. So the concept of life quality level is a compound variable that depends on the developmental status of societies and the formulation and representation of life quality indices can be operationalization of life quality concept. Level evaluation of life quality either reflects the current condition of a certain community or a group of citizens, or mirrors the conditions of citizens and communities in the social base of city. This article, in order to recognize the life condition of the people of Vardavard locality of Tehran city, studies the level of life quality that finally leads to determine their life satisfaction level on the basis of effective indices. Since life quality indices are numerous, a set of features – such as liveliness and the identity of the locality, education, environmental condition, habitation, transportation, services accessibility, security, and economy– with their own subsets- have been determined as the proper indices for this certain locality, and a questionnaire has been developed according to these features. The sample size was determined as 200 persons by Kukran formula. The life quality in Vardavard locality has been analyzed by using software such as Minitab, Excel, SPSS (for tests such as simple weighted average, T-test, and correlation). Satisfaction from the general index of urban life quality and all of its 9 indices ranges from low to middle levels. And finally, the correlation coefficient indicates that there is a correlation between the life quality indices so as to the improvement of habitation conditions and services accessibility can help upgrade life quality level in Vardavard locality of Tehran city.
