Tehran Metropolitan sprawl and Unsustainable Agriculture in the Peripheral Villages

خزش و گسترش ناموزون كلان شهر تهران به نواحي پيراموني منجر به بروز نابساماني و عدم تعادل در عرصه‌هاي طبيعي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و سازمان فضايي روستاهاي پيراموني آن شده است. پيامد روابط نامتعادل تهران با? سكونتگاه‌هاي پيرامون خود در سه دهه اخير سبب بروز مسايل عديده زيست‌محيطي و تغييرات سريع در عملكرد اقتصادي روستاها و تبديل اراضي ارزشمند كشاورزي از شكل توليدي و ناپايداري كشاورزي روستاها در پيرامون اين كلان شهر شده است. ازاين‌رو، اين تحقيق به منظور تبيين نحوه و ميزان تغيير كاربري اراضي كشاورزي و درنتيجه ناپايداري فعاليت كشاورزي، و ارتباط آن با توانمندي‌هاي محيط روستا و سياست‌هاي تمركزگرايانه سكونتگاهي در روستاهاي پيرامون كلان شهر تهران انجام شد.?يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد، ميان متغيرهاي مربوط به توانمندي محيط روستا( تعداد خدمات و زيرساخت)، سياست‌هاي تمركزگرايانه ( ميزان وام توزيع شده و تعداد فعاليت‌هاي عمراني اجرا شده) و ميزان تبديل اراضي كشاورزي رابطه خطي مستقيم و معني‌دار وجود دارد. همچنين، رابطه خطي معكوس ميان فاصله از كلان شهر تهران و شهرهاي پيرامون آن و ميزان تغييركاربري اراضي كشاورزي مشاهده شده است. بر اين مبنا، با توجه به مقادير ضرايب همبستگي، توسعه ناموزون و خزش كلان شهري بيش ترين تاثير را در تغيير كاربري اراضي كشاورزي و ناپايداري كشاورزي داشته است.

The uneven developments of metropolitan Tehran sprawl into peripheral areas resulting chaos and imbalance in natural, economical and social fields and spatial organization of these areas. Across the last three decades, the outcome and effects of imbalance interaction of Tehran in relation to its peripherals ahave resulted in bioenvironmental problems and rapid changes in economical function of villages, transformation of the valuable agricultural land from production form and unsustainable agriculture in the villages surrounding Tehran metropolitan. Thus, this study aimed to explain manner and the rate of agricultural land use changes and unsustainable agriculture and its relation to rural capacities and concentrated settlement policies in the villages surrounding Tehran metropolitan. The results of this study showed that a positive significant correlation was found between variables of rural capacity (number of services and structure), concentrated policies (rate of distributed loan and number of executed construction activities and rate of change in agricultural land uses. Also, a negative significant correlation was found between distance from Tehran metropolitan and cities surrounding it and rate of changes in agricultural land uses. According to this study, the most effective factors in changes of agricultural land uses and unsustainable agriculture were uneven development and metropolitan sprawl.
