بازنمايي تحولات اخير جهان اسلام در گفتمان شبكه پرس تي‌ وي

Representation of Islamic World’s Recent Evolutions in Press T.V ‘s Discourse

مقاله حاضر، گزيده‌اي از يك پژوهش علمي است كه به‌منظور فهم فرايند جهت‌گيري‌ها و پارادايم‌هاي فكري و نظري در گفتمان‌هاي خبري (گفتمان خبري) شبكه پرس تي‌وي نگاشته شده است. رويكرد نظري اتخاذ شده در اين تحقيق تلفيقي از نظريات گفتمان، بازنمايي، برجسته‌سازي و تصويرسازي و رويكرد روشي آن «روش عملياتي تحليل گفتمان (پدام) و بازه پژوهش، ارديبهشت و خرداد سال 1390 است. نتايج به‌دست آمده حاكي از آن است كه سياست خبري شبكه پرس تي‌وي در قبال تحولات بحرين، ليبي و يمن در بعد داخلي تفاوت مهمي با بازنمايي تحولات سوريه داشته است. به اين صورت كه در بازنمايي تحولات داخلي يمن، بحرين و ليبي نفي رژيم‌هاي حاكم در اين كشورها با تاكيد بر مصاديق فساد و سركوب و شكنجه مردم و برجسته‌سازي موضوعاتي از جمله نقض حقوق بشر و نقض آزادي‌هاي مذهبي مردم مورد تاكيد بوده است. اما در خصوص سوريه لزوم اصلاحات (و نه تغيير رژيم) مورد تاكيد قرار گرفته است. در بعد خارجي، نفي مداخلات خارجي به‌عنوان اصلي‌ترين سياست بازنمايي در تحولات يمن، بحرين، ليبي و سوريه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و در خصوص سوريه، عدم انزواي بين‌المللي حكومت بشار اسد به‌عنوان يك سياست بازنمايي مورد توجه بوده است. همچنين سياست خبري شبكه در قبال تحولات مصر و تونس، در بعد داخلي، پيگيري مطالبات قيام مردم، و در بعد خارجي، در خصوص اخبار مصر سياست «نفي رابطه با اسراييل» بوده است. اخبار پرس تي‌وي در بازه مطالعه‌شده به مسايل خارجي تونس نپرداخت.

This article is a selection of a scientific research that has been done for understanding the “guidelines” and “theoretical and intellectual paradigms” in Press T.V `s news discourse. The theoretical approach adopted in this study is a compilation of discourse, representation, agenda-setting and illustration theories and the method used is “Practical Discourse Analysis Method” (PDAM) and the time interval was May and June,2011. The results obtained show that Press T.V `s news policy regarding internal events in Bahrain, Libya and Yemen has a “significant difference” with the representation of Syria evolutions so that in representing the internal evolutions of Yemen, Bahrain and Libya, the “rejection’ of the ruling regimes in the countries is persisted with an emphasis on the examples of corruption and suppression and torture and agenda-setting of issues such as “human rights violation” and “violation of religious freedoms”. But in Syria`s case, the necessity of “reform” (and not revolution) has been emphasized. In the foreign dimension, “rejecting” the foreign interventions is the main representation policy in Yemen, Bahrain, Libya and Syria evolutions, and in Syria`s case, the negation of international seclusion of Bashar Al-Assad government has been emphasized as a representation policy. The channel`s inner news policy regarding the evolutions in Egypt and Tunisia was “tracking the people`s claims”, and the external news policy regarding Egypt was “rejecting any relationship with Israel”; and there wasn’t any news about Tunisian foreign affairs during the time interval.
