بررسي عوامل موثر بر كيفيت آموزش درجه داري رسته مخابرات در ناجا

A Review of the Factors Influencing the Quality of Education at NAJAʹʹs Communications-Category Sergeant Training

توسعه سازمان به نيروي انساني و رشد نيروي انساني در گرو تربيت و آموزش مستمر و صحيح است. به اين منظور مبالغ زيادي در دوره‏هاي آموزشي هزينه مي‌شوند كه افزايش بازده اين هزينه‌ها مي‌تواند در ارتقا بهره‌وري سازمان موثر باشد. شناسايي موانع و عوامل موثر در افت سطح آموزش و تلاش به منظور رفع آنها در كيفيت دوره‏هاي آموزشي تاثيرگذار است و به مديران و تصميم گيران كمك مي‌كند بر بازده آموزش بيافزايند و به سازمان خود كمك كنند. در اين بررسي افت تحصيلي و عوامل موثر بر كيفيت آموزش معرفي و به صورت ويژه به علل موثر بر كيفيت آموزش فراگيران درجه داري رسته مخابرات ناجا از نظر مربيان آموزشي پرداخته شده است. اين بررسي كه با تحليل به روش استخوان ماهي و دريافت نظرات مربيان از طريق پرسشنامه، انجام شد نشان داد تدابير سازماني و ويژگي‌هاي فردي فراگيران در سيستم آموزش بدو خدمت كنوني مخابرات ناجا بيشترين تاثير را دارند و پايين بودن پايه علمي و مشكلات انگيزشي فراگيران از علل اصلي افت آموزش فراگيران درجه داري رسته مخابرات محسوب مي‌شوند.

The development of organization dedpends on human forces, and maturity of a human force is dependent on correct and continuous education. For this target, high costs are paid for training courses. An increase in the efficiency of teaching costs is efficient in the improvement of organizationʹs productivity. Identification of the barriers and factors contributing to the decline of teaching quality as well as making attempts to remove them have effects on the quality of the training courses, and help managers and policy-makers increase training productivity and thus support their organization. In this paper, educational decline and the factors affecting training quality have been introduced. Particularly the decline of NAJAʹs Communications-Category Sergeant Training has been investigated from the viewpoints of instructors. This analysis was conducted using fish bone method. The views of Shahid Chamran Training Center instructors were received through questionnaires. The results of the study indicated that organizational arrangements and individual characteristics of trainees in the education system of NAJAʹs current pre-service training scheme for the communications category cadets are most effective factors. Moreover, motivational problems and low academic status of apprentices were major loss factors of training sergeants of communications category in Shahid Chamran Training Center.
