Islamic Revolution of Iran and the Expansion of Shia Political Feghe

پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گيري از رويكرد توصيفي - تحليلي و با هدف تبيين و شناخت تاثيرات انقلاب اسلامي بربسط و گسترش فقه سياسي شيعه به رشته تحرير درآمده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه اين انقلاب به اقتضاي هويت ديني‌اش از يك سو و نقش و جايگاه خاص فقهاي شيعه در پيدايش آن از سوي ديگر، فقه سياسي را به گونه‌اي ملموس‌تر با زندگي سياسي ايرانيان مرتبط كرد. در اين مسير تلاش‌هاي فقهي و سياسي حضرت امام خميني (ره) پيش از انقلاب و همچنين پس از آن، توانست جايگاه سياست مبتني بر شريعت را در جهان بلند كند و بر اعتبار دولت‌هاي مبتني بر شريعت و مخصوصا دولت اسلامي و شيعي بيافزايد. در واقع پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي و تاسيس جمهوري اسلامي بر پايه آموزه‌هاي فقهي سياسي شيعه به ويژه نظريه ولايت فقيه، ضمن تاكيد بر اهميت فقه سياسي در مجموعه دانش سياسي ايرانيان، زمينه‌هاي ارتقا جايگاه معرفت شناختي آن را از «دانش احكام شرعي ناظر به زندگي سياسي» به «دانش سياسي اسلامي تنظيم كننده زندگي سياسي» و نيز به مرتبه « نظام سازي» فراهم كرد.

and explaining the influences of Islamic Republic of Iran on the expansion of Shia Political Feghe. The findings of the study show that Islamic revolution, based on its religious identity on the one hand and the role and position of its Shia jurists in its emergence, on the other hand, has connected the political Feghhe to Iranian`s political life in a concrete way. In this regards, Imam Khomeiniʹs juridical and political efforts before and after the revolution could promote the position of politics based on religion in the world and could increase the value of governments based on religion, particularly Islamic and Shia government. In fact, the victory of Islamic revolution and the establishment of Islamic Republic of Iran based on Shia political Feghhe instructions, and especially the theory of the supreme spiritual leader, and further the emphasis on the importance of political Feghhe in Iranian canon of political knowledge, have paved the way for promotion of its epistemological position from "the knowledge of religious commands supervising political life" to "political Islamic knowledge balancing political life" and has also helped provide the rank of "regime making".
