امروزه لجستيك معكوس يكي از مهم‌ترين مسايل در حوزه زنجيره تامين است. كنترل فرايند برگشتي‌ها در سايه زنجيره تامين پيشرو سازمان‌ها را قادر مي‌سازد تا از اتلاف هزينه‌ها جلوگيري كنند. اين مقاله در آغاز مهم‌ترين فاكتورهاي كليدي موفقيت در صنعت خودرو را معرفي مي‌كند و سپس با استفاده از رويكرد مدلسازي ساختاري تفسيري به بررسي روابط بين اين عوامل مي‌پردازد. با استفاده از اين روش، فاكتورهاي محرك كه آثار تشديد كننده‌اي بر ساير متغيرها دارند و نيز متغيرهايي كه نسبت به ساير فاكتورها مستقل‌اند، شناسايي مي‌شوند. تحليل اين فاكتورها نشان مي‌دهد عواملي چون آگاهي نسبت به مسايل لجستيك معكوس و تمركز استراتژيك بر اجتناب از برگشتي‌ها در بالاترين سطح اولويت نسبت به ساير فاكتورها قرار دارند. درنهايت توصيه‌هايي براي تحقيقات آينده در اين زمينه ارايه خواهد شد.

Today the reverse logistics is one of the most important issues in the supply chain field. Returns’ process control under leading supply chain enables organizations to prevent the loss of additional costs. This article first introduces the key factors of success in the automotive industry, and then uses the approach of interpretive structural modeling (ISM) to examine the relationships between these factors. Using this method, the driving factors have resonant effects on other variables, and also the variables that are independent of other factors are identified. Analysis of these factors indicates that factors such as awareness of reverse logistics issues and strategic focus on avoiding returns hold the highest priority in relation to other factors. Finally, recommendations for future research in this area will be presented.
