تحليل كيفي و واكاوي ادغام دستگاه‌هاي دولتي:ادغام سازمان ملي جوانان و سازمان تربيت بدني

Qualitative Analysis and Reflection of theOpinion of Figher Education Students about theMerging of Sports and Youth AffairsOrganizations

هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي نظرات دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي رشته مديريت دولتي در مورد تشكيل وزارت ورزش و جوانان مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را تمام دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي رشته مديريت دولتي با گرايش‌هاي مختلف در دانشگاه علامه طباطبايي تشكيل مي‌دهند. در اين مطالعه از 3 روش پديدارنگاري، تحليل آسيب‌شناسانه و تحليل عوامل تعيين‌كننده استفاده شده است. روش گردآوري داده‌ها در اين مطالعه پرسشنامه‌اي با سوالي باز انتها، در قالب يك سوال امتحاني داوطلبانه با عنوان" نظر تحليلي خود را در مورد مزايا و محدوديت‌هاي تشكيل وزارت ورزش و امور جوانان را ذكر كنيد و تحليل نماييد كه آيا اين ادغام و تشكيل وزارت با بندهاي 10 و 21 و 25 سياست‌هاي كلي تطبيق دارد چگونه؟" مي‌باشد. همچنين در اين مطالعه از روش سه سويه سوزي و تحليل‌هاي چندباره به منظور قابليت اعتماد مطالعه و يافته‌هاي آن استفاده شده است. در پايان تحقيق معايب و مزاياي ادغام سازمان جوانان و تربيت بدني با استفاده از كدهاي استخراج شده و مصاحبه‌هاي تحليل شده به كمك نرم‌افزارNVivo تشريح مي‌شود

The purpose of this study is to assess the opinion of the graduate students of public administration about merging of the Sport Organization with the Youth Organization and establishing the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. In this study, three method were used including phenomenographic, pathological and factor analysis. An open-end questionnaire was distributed among all graduate students of the various fields of public administration in Allameh Tabatabae University asking the advantages and limitations of the formation of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs and whether it is in consistent with the sections 10, 21 and 25 of General Public Policies. In addition, in order to test the reliability of the findings, triangulation and multiple analyses were used. In the end, advantages and disadvantage of this merging are described by the extracted codes and analyzed interviews through Nvivo software. The purpose of this study is to assess opinion of master students of public NVivo software.
