تاثير تصويرسازي ذهني همراه با تمرين بدني بر اجرا و يادگيري پرتاب آزاد بسكتبال در دو گروه دست برتر راست و چپ

The effects of mental imagery along with physical exercise on the performance and learning of free throw shooting in two group with the preferred left and right hand

هدف از اين پژوهش، مقايسه‌ي تاثير تصويرسازي ذهني همراه با تمرين بدني بر اجرا و يادگيري مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسكتبال در دو گروه دست برتر راست و چپ بود. روش پژوهش حاضر، نيمه‌تجربي و از نوع ميداني است. جامعه‌ي آماري دانشجويان تربيت بدني عمومي بودند كه از ميان آنها 34 دانشجوي دختر در دو گروه دست برتر راست (17 نفر) و دست برتر چپ (17 نفر) كه از پرسش‌نامه‌ي تصويرسازي حركتي بالاترين امتياز را كسب كرده و مايل به همكاري در اين پژوهش بودند، انتخاب شدند. آزمودني‌هاي هر دو گروه طي3 هفته، هر هفته 5 جلسه به تمرين بدني (15 پرتاب) و ذهني (15 پرتاب) مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسكتبال پرداختند. براي آزمون فرضيه‌ها از آزمون تحليل واريانس با اندازه هاي تكراري و آزمون t استيودنت استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد هر دو گروه دست برتر راست و چپ در اجرا و يادگيري مهارت پرتاب آزاد بهبود داشتند. اما تصويرسازي ذهني همراه با تمرين بدني به‌طور معنا‌داري در گروه چپ دست منجر به اجراي بهتر مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسكتبال شد. اين فرضيه مطرح است كه افراد چپ‌دست، نيم‌كره‌ي راست توسعه‌يافته‌تري داشته و از يك مزيت عصبي- آناتوميكي در اجراي تكاليف معين نظير تكاليف بينايي - حركتي و بينايي - فضايي برخوردارند. همين‌طور چپ‌دست‌ها قادرند ارتباط عميقي بين دو نيم‌كره‌ي مغزشان ايجاد كنند. از طرفي چپ‌دست‌ها هوش فضايي و هوش حركتي بالاتر دارند در نتيجه، بهتر تصاوير را مي بينند و يا خلق مي‌كنند.

The position of controlling the left hand and mental imagery are in the right hemisphere, and the location of controlling the right hand is located in the left hemisphere. Therefore the aim of this study was to compare the effects of mental imagery along with physical exercise on the performance and learning of free throw shooting in the two groups with preferred left and right hand. The Method of study was a semi-experimental. For this purpose, 34 with the preferred right (17) and the preferred hand left (17) were selected who had achieved the highest score from the movement imagery questionnaire. Both groups practiced free throw shooting skills during the 3 weeks, each week 5 sessions and each session for 35 minutes. Data analysis was done by using with ANOVA test and t-test. The Results showed that both groups with preferred hand left and right had improved in the performance and learning free throws skill. But there was significant difference in preferred left hand group in performance the free throw shooting skill. This hypothesis has been raised that left handed people, have a more developed right hemisphere and these people have one advantage of a nerve - anatomic in performing tasks such as visual - motor and visual – space tasks. Also, the left handed people are able to make a deep connection between the two hemispheres. In other hands, Left-handed people have high motor and space intelligence so that they can observe pictures better and create them efficiently.
