ارزيابي اقتصادي تبديل روش آبياري غرقابي به آبياري قطره اي در باغات سيب: مطالعه موردي شهرستان اروميه

Economic Analysis of Transforming Flood Irrigation System to Drip Irrigation in Apple Orchards: Case of Urmia County

استفاده بهينه از آب براي توسعه كشاورزي داراي اهميت زيادي است. هدف اين تحقيق ارزيابي اقتصادي خصوصي (تعيين سودآوري براي باغداران منفرد)تبديل روش آبياري غرقابي به آبياري قطره اي در باغ هاي سيب در شهرستان اروميه مي باشد. گرد آوري داده هاي لازم از با انجام مصاحبه و تكميل پرسشنامه صورت گرفت. با استفاده از روشهاي ارزيابي اقتصادي سرمايه گذاري و استفاده از نرم افزار Excel تعداد 5 باغ با توجه به سنين متفاوت 15، 17، 20، 22 و 23 ساله در حالت تبديل روش آبياري و بدون تبديل روش آبياري مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه ارزش حال خالص و نسبت سود به هزينه در هر 5 باغ درحالت آبياري قطره اي بيشتر از آبياري غرقابي بود. نتايج تحليل حساسيت نشان داد در هر 5 باغ كاهش 10 درصد درآمد در وجه مقايسه با افزايش 10 درصد هزينه ها، شاخصهاي NPV، BCR و IRR را كاهش بيشتري داده اما NPV منفي نشد؛ و با افزايش نرخ بهره تا 30 درصد نيز ارزش حال خالص در هر 5 طرح مثبت ماند، اما در وجه مقايسه با دو حالت پيشين كاهش بيشتري داشت. به طور كلي مي توان گفت نتايج اين بررسي نشان مي دهد كه استفاده از روش آبياري قطره اي در صورتي سودآورتر خواهد بود كه در سن كمتري مورد استفاده قرار گيرد؛ و اگر از آغاز احداث باغ روش آبياري به صورت قطره اي باشد سودآورترين خواهد بود.

Optimum use of water is very important for agricultural development.The purpose of this research was private economic analysis(determination of profitability for single orchardists) of transforming flood irrigation system to drip irrigation in Urmia county apple orchards. Necessary data were collected by interviewing and completing the questionnaires. Using investment economic evaluation methods and Excel Software five orchards with different ages of 15,17,20, 22 and 23 years for two cases of with and without irrigation transformation were evaluated. Results showed that net present value and cost benefit ratio in every five orchards in the case of drip irrigation were higher than in the case of flood irrigation. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that in each five orchards 10 percent decrease in income in comparison with 10 present increase in cost decreased net present value and cost benefit ratio and internal rate of return more but NPVs did not become negative; and with the increase of discount rate up to 30 percent net present value remained positive; but in comparison with two previous cases had higher decrease. In conclusion it should be mentioned that the results of this study shows that the profitability of apple production would be higher if drip irrigation system is used at the lower age; and would have the highest profitability if drip irrigation is used from the start of establishing the orchard.
