بررسي ويژگي هاي تدريس اثربخش از ديدگاه دانشجويان دانشكده پرستاري- مامايي و پيراپزشكي لنگرود

Characteristics of Effective Teaching from the Perspective of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedical Students of Langerood Faculty

مقدمه: تدريس عبارت است از تعامل يا رفتار متقابل معلم و شاگرد، براساس طراحي منظم و هدفدار معلم براي ايجاد تغيير در رفتار فراگيران. منظور از اثربخشي بررسي ميزان موثربودن اقدامات انجام شده براي دستيابي به اهداف از پيش تعيين شده است. اين مطالعه با هدف تعين ويژگي هاي تدريس اثربخش از ديدگاه دانشجويان انجام شده است. روش ها: اين پژوهش به صورت توصيفي - مقطعي بر روي 210 دانشجوي رشته هاي پرستاري، مامايي، اتاق عمل (كارشناسي ناپيوسته و پيوسته)، هوشبري (كارشناسي ناپيوسته و پيوسته)، راديولوژي و علوم آزمايشگاهي انجام شد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه اي شامل خصوصيات دموگرافيك دانشجويان و مهمترين شاخص هاي تدريس اثربخش در چهار حيطه دانش پژوهي، روش تدريس، قدرت ايجاد ارتباط و شخصيت فردي بود. .داده ها پس از جمع آوري با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آمار توصيفي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: يافته هاي اين تحقيق نشان داد كه از نظر دانشجويان عوامل موثر بر اثربخشي تدريس اساتيد، به ترتيب اولويت درحيطه روش تدريس، آماده سازي كلاس براي بحث، تفكر و مباحثه در كلاس(50 درصد)، در حيطه دانش پژوهي، تسلط و آگاهي به موضوع تدريس(50 درصد)، در حيطه قدرت ارتباط با دانشجو ايجاد مشاركت دانشجو در مباحث (61 درصد) درحيطه خصوصيات فردي بيان شيوا و ساده (46 درصد) مي باشند. نتيجه گيري: قدرت برقراري ارتباط مدرس از ديدگاه دانشجويان مورد پژوهش بيشترين تاثير را در اثربخشي تدريس دارد كه مي توان با توجه بيشتر به آن در كنار ساير حيطه ها مانند استفاده از روش هاي تدريس مناسب، تقويت شخصيت فردي و دانش پژوهي به تدريس اثر بخش و در نهايت بهبود كيفيت آموزشي دست يافت.

Introduction: Teaching is the interaction between teacher and student, based on a systematic and purposeful program designed by teachers to change students behavior. Effectiveness means evaluation of efficiency of measures taken in order to achieve the predetermined goals. This study was carried out to determine the characteristics of effective teaching from the perspective of students. Methods: This descriptive- cross sectional study was conducted on 210 students of nursing, midwifery, operating room (master batch and continuous), Anesthesiology (master batch and continuous), radiology and laboratory sciences. For gathering data a questionnaire including demographic characteristics of students and the most effective teaching indicators in four areas of scholarship, teaching, communication ability and personal character was used. Collected data were analyesed using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics (chi-square test) . Results: The results based on students view points showed that factors influencing the effectiveness of teaching students including: in teaching methodology area preparing students for discussion , reflection and discussion in class (50%), having knowledge and mastery on teaching subject (50%), in the field of strenght relationship with student, the studentsʹ participation in discussions (61%), and eloquent expression of basic characteristics of area (46%), respectively. Conclusion: From students perspective, strength relationship between teacher and student has the greatest impact on teaching effectiveness, so by concentrating more as well as using appropriate teaching methods, strengthening personal character and scholarship it is possible to achieve, teaching effectiveness and improve quality of education.
