نگرش دانشجويان بهداشت محيط دانشگاه علوم پزشكي گيلان نسبت به رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي

Attitude of Environmental Health Students Toward their Discipline and Future Career in Guilan University of Medical Sciences

مقدمه: نگرش دانشجويان به رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي يكي از عوامل موثر بر كيفيت خدمات آموزشي مي باشد شناخت عوامل موثر بر نگرش دانشجويان بهداشت محيط مي تواند در تربيت نيروهاي بهداشتي حاذق و توانمند و ايجاد محيطي پرشور در دانشكده موثر باشد، اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي نگرش دانشجويان بهداشت محيط دانشگاه علوم پزشكي گيلان نسبت به رشته تحصيلي و آينده شغلي آن ها انجام شده است. روش ها: اين پژوهش از دسته مطالعات كاربردي است كه به شيوه توصيفي- مقطعي در مهر ماه سال 1391 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش را 105 نفر از دانشجويان رشته بهداشت محيط دانشگاه علوم پزشكي گيلان تشكيل دادند. نمونه گيري از طريق سرشماري و ابزار جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه اي حاوي 20 سوال بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري spss و شاخص هاي آمار توصيفي تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. يافته ها: ميانگين و انحراف معيار نگرش دانشجويان به آينده شغلي و رشته تحصيلي خود به ترتيب 5/38 و 7/6 و همچنين حداقل و حداكثر نمره نگرش دانشجويان به آينده شغلي و رشته تحصيلي خود به ترتيب 16 و 51 محاسبه گرديد. نتيجه گيري:بازبيني مجدد دروس اين رشته و اصلاح ساختار آموزشي متناسب با نيازهاي فردي دانشجويان و شناساندن نقش بهداشت محيط در ارتقا سلامت و بهداشت جامعه ضروري بنظر مي رسد.

Introduction: Studentsʹ attitudes to Discipline and Future Career is one of the factors that affect the quality of educational services. Understanding the effective factors on students attitude is very important to motivate them and training proficient and competent personnels. This study was performed with the aim of determining Environmental Health Students Attitude toward their Discipline and Future Career in Guilan University of Medical Sciences in the fall of 2012. Methods: This cross -sectional, descriptive study was undertaken in 2012. Samples were included 105 environmental Health students of Guilan University of Medical Sciences chosen by Census. Data was collected by using a questionnaire containing 20 questions and analysed by spss software and descriptive statistical parameters. Results: Mean and Standard Deviation scores of Studentsʹ attitudes toward their Discipline and Future Career in Guilan University of Medical Sciences were 38.5 and 6.7 respectively. Minimum and maximum scores of Studentsʹ attitudes to Discipline and Future Career were determind 16and5. Conclusion: In order to promoting community health, reviewing course study and reforming educational structure based on students’ personal needs as well as recognition of the role of envionmental health is necessary.
