بررسي فرايند تغييرها در تعامل هاي انساني از منظر علوم انساني، با تاكيد بر دو جريان اتريشي و نهادي

Change Process in Human Interactions from the Humanities Perspective with Emphasis on Austrian School and Institutional Economics

توجه به فرايند تغيرها به ويژه در تعامل هاي انساني را مي توان به عنوان امري ضروري براي درك بهتر بسياري از رخدادها و موضوع هاي مبتلا به جوامع مانند شكست و يا موفقيت در برنامه هاي گوناگون سياسي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي به شمار آورد. از سوي ديگر درك علل و عوامل موثر در پديده تغيير و فرايند تغييرها را مي توان يكي از چالش هاي اساسي در حوزه هاي گوناگون علوم انساني دانست كه از سال ها پيش از ميلاد مسيح (ع)، مورد توجه فلاسفه و انديشمندان قرار داشته است. برهمين اساس تلاش شد تا با مطالعه نظرهاي انديشمندان گوناگون در اين حوزه، علاوه بر دست يابي به تعريف هاي روشن تري از پديده تغييرها، زمينه براي طراحي مدل مفهومي از تغييرها در عملكرد اقتصادي، ايجاد شود. هم چنين مشخص شد كه فرايند تغييرها در ميان مكتب هاي گوناگون اقتصادي نيز با درجه هاي گوناگوني از اهميت، مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. جريان غالب در نگاهي گذرا از اين مهم مي گذرد در حالي كه انديشمندان مكتب هاي ديگر همچون هايك، با معرفي بحث مدل هاي پيوندگرا و نظم كيفي، شومپيتر با بحث كارآفريني و معرفي كليد واژه، نوظهوري و نورث با تاكيد بر مباحث شناختي، نظريه مدل هاي ذهني و فرايند يادگيري مي كوشند با بهره گيري از تحليل هايي پويا و ميان رشته اي، به عنوان دغدغه اي اصلي به تبيين اين پديده، بپر دازند.

It is necessarily advisable to ponder about the “change process”, most particularly in the area of human interactions so that one make more consummate realization of numerous occurrences and challenges like cases of success or failure in highly assorted political, cultural, social or economic plans that societies experience. On the other hand, understanding the causes and effective factors leading to the phenomenon of change as well as “change process” could be considered as one of the critical challenges in studying various fields of humanities in which the philosophers and thinkers were interested even in the years B.C. Accordingly, this article tries to study the ideas of different intellectuals in this area in order to propose more vivid definitions of the phenomenon of change in a way that they may pave the path for conceptual modeling of changes in economic performance. This study indicates that different economic schools deal with the “change process” with varying degrees of importance. The mainstream economics passes by this significant phenomenon with a brief view while thinkers of other economic schools employ dynamic and multi-disciplinary analyses in an attempt to explain the phenomenon of “change” as a major concern; Hence, Hayek introduces the discussions of connectionist models and qualitative order, Schumpeter goes on with entrepreneurship and presents the keyword “Novel”, and North, emphasizing cognitive subjects, puts forward the theory of mental models and learning process, all in a try to take care of this major concern.
