ارزيابي و مقايسه استانداردهاي كتابخانه هاي دانشكده ها و مراكز علمي تربيت بدني ايران با استانداردهاي كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي ايران

The Evaluation and Comparison of Standards in Libraries of Iran Physical Education Faculties and Scientific Centers with Standards of Iran University Libraries

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، ارزيابي وضعيت موجود كتابخانه هاي دانشكده ها و مراكز علمي تربيت بدني ايران و نشان دادن نقاط قوت وضعف آنها در مقايسه با استاندارد كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي مي باشد . بدين منظور وضعيت اين كتابخانه ها با شاخص هاي اهداف و وظايف ، نيروي انساني ، سازمان و مديريت ، مجموعه سازي ، سازماندهي ، خدمات، ساختمان و تجهيزات و بودجه، بررسي و سپس نتايج آن با استانداردهاي كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي ايران مقايسه گرديد . جامعه آماري اين تحقيق 10 كتابخانه دانشگاهي و 2 كتابخانه آكادمي ملي المپيك و پژوهشكده تربيت بدني و علوم ورزش ايران مي باشند. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شدكه شامل 68 پرسش در هشت قسمت اصلي مي باشد، علاوه بر آن بخشي از پرسشنامه به اطلاعات فردي كتابخانه هاي مورد مطالعه اختصاص يافته است. نوع پژوهش كاربردي و از روش پيمايشي استفاده شده است. نتايج بدست آمده با" استاندارد كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي ايران" مقايسه گرديدو براي تجزيه وتحليل داده ها از نرم افزار آماري Excel وSpss استفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهدكه كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي و مراكز علمي تربيت بدني ايران از لحاظ اهداف و وظايف ، سازمان و مديريت ، مجموعه ، خدمات كتابخانه اي در وضعيت مناسبي قرار دارد و از لحاظ نيروي انساني ، سازمان دهي منابع كتابخانه اي ، ساختمان و تجهيزات و خصوصا بودجه ، با توجه به استانداردهاي كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي ، از وضعيت مناسبي برخوردار نمي باشند. .

The aim of this research was to evaluate the existing condition of Iran physical education faculties and scientific centers and to present their strengths and weaknesses in comparison with the standards of university libraries. For this purpose, the conditions of these libraries were investigated using ‘goals and responsibilities, ‘human resource’, ‘organization and management’, ‘collection’, ‘organizing, ‘service’, ‘building and equipment’ and ‘budget’ indexes and then the obtained results were compared with the standards of Iran university libraries. The statistical population consisted of 10 university libraries and National Olympic Academy and SSRC libraries. To collect data, a questionnaire consisting of 68 questions in eight subscales was used. Another section of the questionnaire was allocated to personal information of libraries under study. The research used the application and field method. The obtained results were compared with ‘the standards of Iran university libraries’ and Excel and SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that Iran physical education university libraries and scientific centers had a proper condition regarding goals and responsibilities, organization and management, collection and library service while they did not have a proper condition regarding human resource, organizing library sources, building and equipment and especially budget when compared with the standards of university libraries.
