پژوهش‌هاي فرايندمدار: حلقه مفقوده مطالعات ترجمه در ايران

Process-Oriented Research: The Missing Link in Iranian Translation Studies

نگاهي به‌فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشگران در زمينه مطالعات ترجمه در ايران به ‌ويژه در سال‌هاي اخير، نشانگر آنست كه تحقيقات در اين زمينه به لحاظ كمي و كيفي روند رو به رشدي داشته‌است. نگاهي دقيق‌تر به ‌اين پژوهش‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه غالب اين پژوهش‌ها در يكي از اين سه گروه جاي مي‌گيرند: (1) پژوهش‌هايي با رويكرد زبان‌شناختي، (2) تحقيقاتي با گرايش‌هاي فرا يا غير زبان‌شناختي و (3) مطالعات نظري كه پرداخت اين گروه بيشتر به ترجمه است تا تربيت مترجم. مقاله حاضر با در نظر گرفتن اين حقيقت از يك سو و از سويي ديگر با در نظر گرفتن گسترش گرايش مترجمي در همين دهه، به ‌توصيف چشم‌انداز فعلي مطالعات ترجمه مي‌پردازد و با نگاهي موشكافانه خلا و نياز پژوهشي موجود را برجسته و شفاف تبيين مي‌كند كه همان پژوهش‌هاي فرايند‌مدار است. با ارايه چارچوب و تشريح پژوهش‌هاي فرايندمدار، مقاله حاضر مي‌كوشد تا جايگاه پژوهشي و موقعيت كاربردي اين دسته از پژوهش‌ها را در شرايط كنوني مطالعات ترجمه ايران تبيين نمايد.

Considering research contributions to translation studies in the Iranian context, especially in the recent years, there is a remarkable improvement in terms of both quality and quantity of these studies. Most of these studies can be classified in one of the following groups: (1) the studies which adopt a linguistic-oriented approach, (2) those with non-linguistic orientations covering socio-cultural or historical issues, for example, and (3) theoretical contributions. This paper appreciates the existing valuable attempts accomplished in the field of translation studies on one hand, and on the other, highlights the process-oriented research as the major vacancy and research priority of the current situation of translation studies in Iran. Furthermore, it illustrates the schema of process-oriented research and discusses its position in the Iranian context.
