بررسي تاثير عوامل مديريتي بر توليد و سودآوري مزارع صنعتي پرورش گاو شيري- مطالعه موردي جنوب استان تهران

Investigate the effect of management factors on production and profitability of industrial dairy cattle breeding farms: the case study of southern Tehran province

يكي از عوامل اصلي‎ موثر بر عملكرد فني و اقتصادي مزارع و دامپروري‏ها تاثير عوامل مديريت است. هدف اصلي از مديريت صحيح در دامداري رسيدن به عملكرد‌، سوددهي و بهره‏وري مطلوب است؛ بنابراين اندازه‏گيري نقش مديريت بر عملكرد واحدهاي دامي امري ضروري است. با توجه به ضرورت افزايش توليد شير و با هدف بررسي تاثير نهاده‏هاي مختلف و تاثير نقش مديريت و بهره‏وري كل بر توليد شير و سوددهي در واحدهاي دامپروري، توابع توليد شير و سود‌آوري با روش حداقل مربعات معمولي (OLS)، تخمين زده‌شدند. در اين تحقيق، براي جمع‏آوري آمار و اطلاعات گاوداري‏هاي شيري شهرستان‌هاي پاكدشت و ري در جنوب استان تهران از روش اسنادي و مصاحبه و مشاهده استفاده شد. نتايج تخمين توابع توليد شير و سود نشان داد شاخص‌هاي بهره‏وري و مديريت آثار مثبت و معني‏داري بر توليد شير و سوددهي واحدهاي دامپروري دارند. بهره‏وري كل دامداري‏ها با استفاده از شاخص ترنكوييست- تيل اندازه‏گيري شد و ميانگين اين بهره‏وري برابر با 92/0 محاسبه گرديد. بيش از نيمي از دامداري‏ها بهره‏وري كمتر از ميانگين جامعه (گاوداري‏هاي شيري جنوب استان تهران) داشتند. شاخص مديريت با استفاده از فنون تصميم‏گيري چند‏شاخصه (MADM) اندازه‏گيري شد كه ميانگين اين شاخص برابر با 55/0 بود. در ميان ساير متغيرهاي تابع توليد شير، نهاده‌هاي خوراكي، كنسانتره و يونجه مصرفي و نيروي كار به ترتيب بيشترين تاثير مثبت را بر توليد شير داشتند. نشان داده شد كه نهاده سوخت بيش‌ازحد و در منطقه غير‌اقتصادي توليد مصرف مي‏شود؛ همچنين نتايج تخمين تابع سود نشان داد قيمت سوخت پس از يونجه بيشترين تاثير منفي را بر سود‌دهي دامداري‏ها دارد. از سوي ديگر، قيمت كنسانتره، دستمزد نيروي كار و هزينه هر بار تلقيح تاثير مثبت بر سوددهي داشتند.

One of the main factors affecting on the technical and economic performance of farms and livestock is the ability or capacity management. Main goal of farm management is achieving specific performance, profitability and productivity; there for measurement management and performance in livestock farms are necessary. Considering the necessity of increasing production and quality in the dairy industry, to investigate the effect of different inputs and also total factor productivity and management impact on output and profitability, milk production and profit functions, were estimated using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. In this study, data and information were collected by studying documents, observation and interview procedures. Results of production and profit functions estimation showed that productivity and management have positive significant effects on output and profitability. The total factor productivity of them was measured using Tornqvist-Theil indicator; total factor productivity of farms was calculated 0.92 in average. Also, management index for each farm were measured using Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) techniques; the average of management indicator were obtained 0.55. Among the variables included in the production function, two edible inputs; concentrates and alfalfa, and then the labor, respectively have the highest milk production elasticity. It was also showed that the fuel input was used consumedly and in non-economic region of production. Results of profit function estimation showed that fuel price after the price of alfalfa have the greatest negative impact on profitability of dairy farms; on the other hand, concentrates price, wages and cost of each time artificial insemination, have the positive effect on profitability.
