Introduction
In nowadays’ world, well-being as a multi-dimensional and multi-layered phenomenon is among the basic human’s rights, and as there is a clear and direct relationship between human’s progress and the status of society well-being, broad definitions have been done throughout human history. According to the World Well-being Organization (WHO) well-being does not merely mean being patient or seeing harm (injury) ؛ It includes having a physical, psychological and social well-being .Social well-being means an assessment of person of his function in face of society as an important aspect of well-being has been considered. According to the Keyes view(1988), quality of life and individual performance cannot be evaluated without social norms. According to this, this research considers social well-being as the basis of some aspects based on that, a well-being ful person has a good function when he considers society as a meaningful, understandable set which has potential forces for progress and development, and he feels that he belongs to social groups and knows himself helpful in the development of society. The importance of identity and the scope of its influence on the attitudes and interests of young people to accept social roles and responsibilities can hinder further expansion of social problems in society. Since the physical and mental health status of women and men, have been done, many researches, But the social aspect of it and its relationship to well-being has been considered less. The present paper is an attempt to determine the relationship between two variables and intermediate variables. And given that there is a semantic link between social context, what strategies and recommendations can be expressed in the community for a bed and institutionalize it?
Matherial & Methods
The method of this study is survey that its population is the 29-18 year old men and women in Tehran ؛and 384 of them were selected as sample that by using cluster sampling, The unit of analysis is the individual And tools for data collection, the questionnaire That Is set based on a Likert , Tools validation by face validity, has been studied by several professors of sociology , has been determined by Cronbachʹs alpha reliability and the questionnaires were distributed among them, and data were analyzed.
Discussion of Results & Conclusions
Descriptive findings indicate that the average gender identity is higher in women than men, Whatʹs for personal gender identity or Social gender identity next. Perhaps the reason for this of the cultural developments, changes in income and the increase in womenʹs participation in economic and educational opportunities that would be associated with multiple categories and affiliations women. The dimensions of participation, social integration and development, women have a higher average. In fact, the above factor makes Women in todayʹs society, feel that they are part of society, and beliefs that their lives have purpose and they are hopeful about the future and the evolution of society. As well as according to the Range of variation in social adaptation and acceptance, Men who have a higher average. This means that men, others are harder, have a positive view of human nature. Account the findings of the study indicate that social well-being varies by gender and marital status of women, but this does not apply to men. Women are also more social well-being, age and education level. Confirmed the main assumptions of this research shows that The personal and social rates of male and female gender identity is more, the same amount will also increase the social well-being their. The trust variable as a mediator in the relationship between two variables, the verification has played a decisive role. The regression analysis revealed that six variables (personal gender identity, social gender identity, trust, gender, accountable education and age) were stated in 430/0 of the changes of dependent variable of social well-being. Graph analysis showed that the variable of trust, in comparison to other variables, has a more influence on social well-being.
Overall, the trust that the theoretical were considered as an intermediary, the population of this study was confirmed. A person with gender identity thus achieved social trust and relationships with others in the community will be a source of social well-being. Thus increasing gender identity, social trust increases with increased trust, increased social well-being became clearer. Given that most of the research with previous findings (Lampinen, Haslam, Fivush, Turner) corresponds in fact to support them, one could say this is a powerful theoretical base and its results can be safely generalized to the entire target population. Another advantage of this study compared to other studies examining gender identity and expression in both the personal and social effects on the social well-being of direct and indirect. Thus trust in relation to gender identity personal and social well-being as a variable known, That men and women have a significant role in the attachment And it is through the individuals, a positive assessment of their performance in their community.
