چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه مسووليت پذيري اجتماعي با كار تيمي كاركنان دانشگاه اروميه انجام شده است. با استفاده از روش تحقيق توصيفي از نوع همبستگي، 204 نفر از كاركنان با توجه به دانشكده محل خدمت به صورت طبقه‏اي متناسب با حجم هر يك از دانشكده‏ها به طور تصادفي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده‏هاي پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد ابعاد مسووليت پذيري اجتماعي بر پايه مدل كارول و كارتيمي بر پايه مدل لنچيوني استفاده شده است. براي ميزان پايايي از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ در يك مطالعه مقدماتي روي يك نمونه 40 نفري، پرسشنامه مسووليت پذيري اجتماعي 813/0= ? و پرسشنامه كارتيمي 861/0 =? به دست آمد. داده‏هاي تحقيق پس از جمع‏آوري بر اساس فرضيه‏هاي پژوهش و با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن و رگرسيون چندگانه تحليل شدند. نتايج به دست آمده گوياي آن است كه: 1- رابطه معني‏داري بين مسووليت پذيري اجتماعي (49/ 0 )، مسووليت قانوني (57/ 0 )، مسووليت اقتصادي (46/ 0 )، مسووليت اخلاقي (50/ 0 ) و مسووليت اجتماعي (15/ 0 ) با كار تيمي وجود دارد؛ 2- ضرايب رگرسيون نشان داد مسووليت اقتصادي (13/0= B) و مسووليت قانوني (53/0= B) مي‏توانند به طور مثبت و معني‏دار بعد كار تيمي را پيش‏بيني كند.

Introduction Universities as a complex organization in national goals and development,to havepay special attention of human capital in the country takes steps to achieve their goals and.Human capital as one of the main capitals of the organization.Effectiveness of capital depend onto provide an appropriate working environment and teamwork, to communication and collaboration with other members of the organization and participation in the affairs of the organization.Nowadays, methods and practices of teamwork in various forms is the tissue of interest in Organizations, in present century, teamworks is one of the basic necessities and the need for organizations.The concept of social responsibility in organizations as a strategy to align employee goals with the organization, implementation and effectiveness of work teams in organizations can be effective.In conclusion, the present study examined the relationship between social responsibility and teamwork of staff of the Urmia University. Matherial and Methods The mthod of research is a correlationaldescriptive. The population ofresearch consisted of staff Urmia University who permanently employed by the University about1040.Study sample is 204 employees of the college service area selected by stratified proportional to size sampling. The research instrument wasquestionnaire, and Standardized questionnaire to collect data from the two dimensions of social responsibility based on Carrollʹs model and standard questionnaire-based teamwork Lnchyvny models are used.to measure the validity ofquestionnaire by the expertsof Management and Education was used to measure the coefficient alpha reliability in a pilot study on a sample of 40 questionnaires Social Responsibility 813/0 = ? teamwork questionnaire 861/0 = ? obtained.collected data were analyzed through person correlation and multivariate multiple regression. Discussion of Results & Conclusion The results showed that There is a positive and significant relationship between social responsibility (r =0.49), economical responsibility(r =0.57) , legal responsibility (r =0.46) , moral responsibility (r =0.50) and with teamwork. economical responsibility With (B = 0.13) and legal responsibility with (B = 0.53) is significant predictors to teamwork ofstaff. In conclusion,The result can be stated that the,Social responsibility in severaldimension such aslegal responsibility, economic responsibility, moral responsibility and social responsibility can enhance teamwork among employees. Therefore, is suggested that the dimensions of the social responsibility of creating and enhancing teamwork among employees can be provided.
