بررسي آثار اقتصادي، اجتماعي، كالبدي و زيست محيطي توسعه گردشگري در سكونتگاه‌هاي روستايي از ديدگاه گردشگران و روستاييان (مطالعه موردي: دشت ارژن-فارس)

Evaluation of socio economic, physical and ecological of tourism development in rural areas from villagers and tourists points of view (Case Study: Dasht Arjan of Fars)

گردشگري مي‌تواند نقش مهمي در متنوع‌سازي اقتصاد روستايي داشته باشد و با گسترش آن در نواحي روستايي مي‌توان به پايداري جمعيت و اقتصاد اين نواحي كمك نموده و زمينه دست‌يابي به توسعه پايدار روستايي را فراهم نمود. در اين مقاله تلاش شد آثار توسعه گردشگري در روستاهاي محدوده مورد مطالعه مانند اقتصادي، اجتماعي، كالبدي و زيست‌محيطي را بر اساس نظرسنجي از روستاييان و گردشگران مورد ارزيابي و سنجش قرار گيرد. روش تحقيق در اين مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي و همبستگي است كه بخش عمده‌اي از داده‌هاي آن بر اساس مطالعات ميداني و با روش نمونه‌گيري (كوكران) براي ارزيابي آثار توسعه گردشگري بر سكونتگاه‌هاي روستايي، تعداد 186 نفر از روستاييان و 120 نفر از گردشگران مورد پرسشگري قرار گرفته‌اند. يافته‌هاي مطالعه نشان مي‌دهد كه برخلاف نظر سنجي از روستاييان و گردشگران كه بالاترين تاثير را در رابطه با متغير وابسته اقتصادي با ميانگين رتبه‌اي 66/3 ارزيابي مي‌كردند، در مطالعه رگرسيون گام به گام بيشترين تغييرات متوجه متغير وابسته زيست محيطي با ضريب 786/0 است. در نهايت به منظور آزمون فرض اين تحقيق از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شده است كه بر اساس آن ضريب همبستگي با احتمال آزمون قابل قبول بين 41/0 تا 63/0 برآورد شده و مي‌توان اظهار نمود كه توسعه گردشگري تغييرات مثبتي را در ابعاد اقتصادي، اجتماعي، كالبدي و زيست محيطي وضعيت زيست محيطي و كالبدي در سطح روستاهاي منطقه فراهم نموده است. با توجه يافته‌ها، راهكارهايي شامل مهيا نمودن زمينه‌هاي لازم براي جذب سرمايه گذاري خصوصي، جلوگيري از تخريب محيط زيست، بهسازي و ارتقاي سيماي روستايي و هماهنگي نماي گذرگاه‌هاي روستايي، تخصيص سرمايه دولتي به توسعه امكانات و تسهيلات گردشگري، برقراري امنيت اجتماعي و غيره پيشنهاد شده است.

Tourism can play an important role in the diversification of rural economy, and with its expansion in rural areas can help to sustain the population and economy in these areas and achieve sustainable development in rural areas. In this paper tries to study the effects of tourism development in rural areas such as economic, social, physical and environmental surveys of the villagers and tourists should be evaluated and measured. Methods In this descriptive - analytical and solidarity which is main part of the data analysis and correlation based on field studies and sampling (Cochran) to assess the effects on tourism development in rural settlements, 186 rural and 120 tourists were put on inquiry have. Finally, this research is to test, pearson correlation test was used It is based on an acceptable correlation with the likelihood test between 0.41 & 0.63 estimated and stated that tourism development can bring positive changes in the economic, social, physical and environmental conditions, environmental and structural facilities in the rural area is provided. The findings, strategies include providing grounds for attracting private investment, curb environmental degradation, rural development and improving the image and view the coordination of rural buses, allocation of public investment to develop tourism facilities, social security, etc. is proposed.
