Exploratory analysis of the social - economic dimensions quality of life of rural staff aquaculture units

هدف مطالعه حاضر شناسايي عوامل موثر بر ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي كاركنان روستايي واحدهاي پرورش ماهي در شهرستان سلسله است كه با روش اكتشافي و تاييدي صورت گرفته است. اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي و پيمايشي است كه داده هاي آن به وسيله پرسشنامه و مصاحبه از بين 160 تن از كاركنان روستايي 35 واحد پرورش ماهي منطقه به صورت تمام شمار گردآوري شده است. ابتدا با انجام يك مطالعه تطبيقي اسنادي از بين ادبيات پيشين و يك مطالعه راهنما كه در جريان مصاحبه با 15 تن از اعضاي جامعه صورت گرفت، به تكميل روايي و پايايي ابزار تحقيق در قالب يك پرسشنامه استاندارد پرداخته شد و در اين ميان مقياسي مركب از 12 شاخص و 34 گويه از اثرات دو بعد اقتصادي و اجتماعي براي مطالعه حاضر گزينش شدند. روش تحليل نيز با تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و تاييدي بود كه با كمك نرم افزار spss و آزمون‌هاي مورد نياز در سه مرحله صورت گرفت: در مرحله اول با تشخيص شاخص كفايت نمونه-برداري و ضريب بارتلت و با اعمال چرخش واريماكس، 7 عامل اوليه استخراج شدند، در مرحله دوم با روش تاييدي به شناسايي 5 متغير مستقل از طريق تعريف تابع رگرسيوني پرداخته شد كه قابليت تبيين اثرات كيفيت زندگي كاركنان روستايي پرورش ماهي در منطقه را دارا باشند، در مرحله سوم تحليل روشن شد كه متغيرهاي زمينه اي وضعيت تاهل، ميزان درآمد و وضعيت مسكن بر روي كيفيت زندگي اعضاي جامعه اثرگذار هستند. جمع‌بندي نتايج سه تحليل اكتشافي، تاييدي و زمينه اي نشان داد كه سهم عوامل برگرفته از بعد اجتماعي بر كيفيت زندگي كاركنان روستايي واحدهاي پرورش ماهي در شهرستان سلسله بيشتر از بعد اقتصادي است. از آنجايي كه هدف اصلي تاسيس واحدهاي پرورش ماهي دستيابي به اشتغال و امنيت پايدار اقتصادي- اجتماعي در منطقه بوده و از اهميت بسياري برخوردار است، ولي اين امر غفلت از بعد زيست محيطي توسعه پايدار را طلب نمي كند.

This study aimed to identify factors affecting quality of life of rural staff aquaculture units in the selseleh township that has been with Exploratory and confirmatory methods. This research is a survey practical that need data’s were collected using questionnaires and interviews of the 160 workers, 35 of rural aquaculture in the region as a whole number. Initially by doing a comparative study documentary in the previous literature and a pilot study of 15 members of community members has been that helped to Reliability and validity of the survey instrument to complete a standard questionnaire and then one scale consisting 34-item and 12 indicators of both economic and social impacts for this study were selected. The analysis was exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis that helps of spss software and required tests were performed in three stages: the first stage for detection sampling adequacy and Bartlett and varimax rotation, 7 The primary factors were extracted. In the second stage verification method identified five independent variables were defined by regression function that ability explanted effective quality of life of rural staff aquaculture in the region. In third analysis stage it became clear that underlying variables of marital status, income and housing conditions can influence the quality of life for community members. Summing up results of three exploratory analysis, verification and underlying that: contribution retrieved from social factors on quality of life of rural staff aquaculture units in the selseleh township is most of the economic dimensions. since the main objective of establishing aquaculture units achieving employment and sustainable security economic- Social in the region and is very important, however it does not require the neglect of the environment dimension of sustainable development.
