Investigating validity and reliability of addiction to computer games Scale in adolescent students

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي درستي و قابليت اعتماد سازه مقياس اعتياد به بازي‌هاي رايانه‌اي ليمنز و همكاران (2009) است. نمونه‌اي شامل 351 دانش‌آموز دختر و پسر مشغول به تحصيل در پايه اول دبيرستان به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي مرحله‌اي انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر مقياس اعتياد به بازي‌هاي رايانه‌اي تهيه شده توسط ليمنز و همكاران (2009) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ تجزيه و تحليل شدند. تحليل عاملي اكتشافي با مولفه‌هاي اصلي و چرخش واريماكس نشان داد كه ‌اين مقياس از 7 عامل تشكيل شده است. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي كل مقياس برابر 84/0 به‌دست آمد و براي خرده‌مقياس‌هاي آن دامنه‌اي از60/0 (مشكلات) تا 85/0(برجستگي) داشت. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه با استفاده از‌ اين مقياس مي‌توان اعتياد بازي رايانه‌اي را در دانش‌آموزان دبيرستاني تشخيص داد

Haghbin khozani, M.A. Objectives: The aim of the study was to investigating validity (construct validity) and reliability (internal consistency) of computer game addiction Scale (Lemmanz et all, 2009). Method of research: using multi stage cluster randomised sampling 351 girls and boys studying in the first grade of high school was studied .the instrument used in this study were addicted to computer games produced by Lemmanz et all (2009), respectively. Data from the exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach coefficient was analyzed. Results: exploratory factor analysis with component main and varimax rotation showed that these were 7 factors has been established. Coefficient Cronbachʹs alpha for the total scale of 0/84, respectively, and for sub-scales that range from 0/60 (problems) to 0/85 (salience). Conclusion: suggest that using these scales can be computer game addiction students identify features. Keywords: validity, reliability, computer games addiction scale, high scool student.
