يكي از مولفه هاي تاثيرگذار بر رفتارهاي پرخاشگرانه كودكان، سبك والدگري، به‌ويژه والدگري توام با خشم است. با توجه به اهميت اين مسيله مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي اثربخشي آموزش مهاركردن خشم بر سبك والدگري و واكنش عاطفي والدين صورت گرفته است. نمونه پژوهش حاضر شامل 32 مادر است كه به‌صورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش شركت كردند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه پرخاشگري باس و پري و سياهه واكنش عاطفي در مراحل پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و برنامه مداخله «آتش بازي» (اسميت، 2004) به‌عنوان بسته آموزشي استفاده شد. نتايج تحليل اندازه گيري مكرر داده ها نشان داد نيمرخ ميانگين زيرمقياس هاي پرسشنامه باس و پري و سياهه واكنش عاطفي در مراحل پيش‌آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوت معناداري دارند. به‌طوركلي مي توان نتيجه گرفت، آموزش روش هاي مهاركردن خشم در كاهش رفتارهاي پرخاشگرانه و مديريت عواطف در ارتباط با فرزندان موثر است

Many factors contribute to children aggressive behaviors. Among them, parenting style and aggression of parents are important. Current research, therefore, focuses on the effects of teaching anger control techniques on parenting style and emotional competencies of parents. A total of 32 mothers of high school students in Tehran volunteered to participate in the study. At first, they completed Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) and Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI), then, they participated in the "Fireworks program". According to the findings of repeated measure analysis of variance, there was a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores of Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire as well as Emotional Competence Inventory. Results demonstrated that anger management training affects parenting style and emotional competencies. Based on the results, anger management training program can increase positive behaviors and control emotions in relation to children.
