سنجش سرمايه اجتماعي زنان عضو و غيرعضو تعاوني روستايي بخش مركزي شهرستان چرام

Analysis of Social Capital in Rural Women members and Non-Members of the Cooperatives; The Case of Central District of Choram County

بدون شك، مشاركت زنان روستايي در تعاوني‌ها تاثير بسزايي در توسعه فعاليت‏ آن‌ها و توسعه روستاها خواهد داشت و سرمايه اجتماعي يكي از عواملي است كه باعث حضور فعال زنان در عرصه‏هاي مختلف اجتماعي مي‏شود. با توجه به اين مهم، هدف از پژوهش حاضر سنجش سرمايه اجتماعي زنان عضو و غيرعضو تعاوني‏ روستايي بخش مركزي شهرستان چرام واقع در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد بوده است. در اين پژوهش از روش پيمايشي استفاده شد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 114 نفر از زنان عضو و غير‌عضو تعاوني روستايي بخش مركزي شهرستان چرام در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد بود. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه ميانگين نمره مولفه‏هاي سرمايه اجتماعي اعضاي تعاوني نسبت به غير‌اعضا، عددي بالاتر را نشان مي‏دهد و تفاوت معناداري بين دو گروه مشاهده شد. نتايج رگرسيون نيز نشان داد پنج مولفه تعامل، اعتماد، تعاون، انسجام، و مشاركت توانسته‏اند با ضريب تبيين 715/0، نقش موثر و معناداري در پيش‏بيني وضعيت سرمايه اجتماعي زنان عضو تعاوني روستايي داشته باشند. بنابراين، ايجاد تعاوني‌هاي روستايي بر‌اساس نيازها و اولويت‌هاي زنان روستايي و تشويق آنان به مشاركت در اين تعاوني‌ها به منظور افزايش سرمايه اجتماعي و جلب مشاركت آن‌ها در فرايند پيشبرد اهداف توسعه‌اي پيشنهاد مي‌شود.

Cooperatives can be considered as suitable means to achieve social and economic development, employment and participation. Undoubtedly, rural womenʹs membership in cooperatives can be really useful in the process of rural development. Social capital is one of the key determinants of womenʹs participation in different social activities. Social capital may act directly through physical investment or indirectly through reducing transactions costs, satisfying people and making social action. Both of these functions can move rural societies towards development. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate social capital components determinant for women membership in production cooperatives of Choram County. A descriptive- correlational research method was used in this study. Research sample include all of women members of rural cooperatives of Choram County and the same number of Non- members. Research tool was a predesigned questionnaire that itʹs validity was verified using face validity procedure and itʹs reliability way also verified using Cronbachʹs Alpha coefficient obtained from a pilot study (from 0.65 to 0.89). The results showed that the mean score of social capital was significantly more in members in comparison to non- members. Also, the result of logistic regression showed that five components i.e. interaction, trust, cooperation, solidarity and participation were significant determinants of womenʹs membership in production cooperatives of study area respectively.
