بررسي اهميت محورهاي منشور حقوق بيمار از ديدگاه گيرندگان خدمات سلامت در مراكزآموزشي درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي قم، سال1392

AStudy of the Importance of Issues of Patients’ Bill of Rights from the Viewpoint of Health Care Recipients in Education and Treatment Centers of Qom University of Medical Sciences, 2013, Iran

زمينه و هدف: نظام سلامت كارآمد، نيازمند مشاركت فعالانه و تعامل مناسب ميان گيرندگان و ارايه‌كنندگان خدمات سلامت است. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين اهميت محورهاي آن از ديدگاه گيرندگان خدمت صورت گرفت. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه به روش توصيفي- مقطعي با شركت 390 بيمار مراجعه‌كننده به مراكز آموزشي درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي قم انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته براساس منشور حقوق بيمار بود. داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي آماري ناپارامتري، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، كروسكال واليس و من‌ويتني در سطح معني‌داري 05/0 تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها: به‌طوركلي اهميت محورهاي منشور حقوق بيمار در 8/33% موارد در سطح بالا، 2/48% در سطح متوسط و براي 9/17% در سطح پايين برآورد شد. از ديدگاه گيرندگان خدمات سلامت از محورهاي منشور حقوق بيمار، بيشترين مواردي‌كه در رعايت حقوق بيمار براي آنها اهميت داشت، رعايت اصل رازداري وحق خلوت بود كه با 7/48% در سطح بالا، 7/37% در سطح متوسط و 6/13% در سطح پايين قرار گرفت. نتيجه‌گيري: به‌طوركلي رعايت منشور حقوق بيمار از نظر بيماران در مراكز آموزشي درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي قم اهميت زيادي دارد و رعايت اصل رازداري و حق خلوت از بيشترين اهميت براي بيماران برخوردار است. لذا با استفاده از يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مسيولين مي‌توانند در جهت اولويت‌بندي و برنامه‌ريزي درست براي رعايت تمامي محورهاي منشور حقوق بيمار، به‌خصوص احترام به محدوده قلمرو و حقوق بيماران در تمامي زمينه‌ها، به‌ويژه خدمات پرستاري، مديريت، آموزش و پژوهش گام بردارند.

Background and Objectives: An Efficient health care systemrequires active participation and appropriate interaction between recipients and providers of health services. Patients’ bill of rights with the aim of explanation of rights of the recipients of health services and promotion of the observance of ethical criteria in one of the most important areas, which is treatment sector, has been codified and implemented with the participation of experts and beneficiaries. This study aimed to determine the importance of itsissuesfrom the viewpoint of health care recipients. Methods:This descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out on 390 patients referred to education and treatment centers of Qom University of Medical Sciences. The data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire based on the patients’ bill of rights. The collected data were analyzed using statistics, nonparametric statistical tests, Pearson correlation coefficient, Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney at the significance level of 0.05. Results: Overall, the importance of the issues of patients’ bill of rightswas at high level in 33.8% of cases, medium levelin 48.2%, and low level in 17.9% percent. From the viewpoint of health care recipients, the most important issues of patientsʹ bill of rights, included respecting the principle of confidentialityand right of privacy, whichwith 48.7% was at high level, with 37.7% at medium level, and 13.6% at low level. Conclusion:In general, respecting patientʹs bill of rights is of great importance from the patientsʹ point of view in education and treatment centers of Qom University of Medical Sciences and respecting the principle of confidentiality and right of privacy are of the most importance for patients. Therefore, using the findings of this research, officials canproperly prioritize and plan for observance of all issues of patientsʹ bill of rights, especially respecting the patients’ territory and rightsin all fields, particularly nursing services, management, education, and research.
