Nature of In-Service Teachings of Educators

اهداف: امروزه حرفه‌ای‌گری معلمان، توانمند‌سازی معلمان و افزايش كيفيت تعليم در گرو آموزش معلمان در طول دوره حرفه‌ای به‌صورت مداوم است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی همبستگی قابليت‌ها و نيازهای مربيان امور تربيتی بود. روش‌ها: پژوهش توصيفی- پيمايشی حاضر در جامعه 850نفری مربيان امور تربيتی مدارس راهنمايی شهر اصفهان انجام شد و 128 مربی به روش نمونه‌گيری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته شامل 21 گويه در دو بخش قابليت‌های مربيان امور تربيتی و احساس نياز مربيان امور تربيتی به آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت بود. ضريب پايايی پرسش‌نامه 88/0 برآورد شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های تحليل واريانس يك‌طرفه و تعقيبی شفه تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها: همبستگی بين قابليت‌ها و نيازهای مربيان تنها در 9 گويه (همبستگی منفی به معنی فزونی نيازها بر قابليت‌ها بود) معنی‌دار بود. بين نظرات مربيان در مورد "نياز به آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت"، با توجه به تجربه كاری، تفاوتی وجود نداشت. بيشترين نمره ميانگين مربوط به "استفاده از روش‌های جديد تدريس" بود كه در هر سه گروه از مربيان مقدار آن بيشتر از 4 بود. نتيجه‌گيری: برنامه‌ريزان آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت مربيان امور تربيتی بايد به هنگام تعيين محتوای اين آموزش‌ها، قابليت‌ها و نيازهای مربيان را تواماً مورد ملاحظه قرار دهند.

Aims: Nowadays, the professionalism of teachers, empowering teachers and improving the quality of education depend on the continuous training of teachers during the profession. The aim of this research was to investigate the correlation between capability and needs of the educational affairs teachers. Methods: This descriptive survey study was conducted among the 850membered society of the educational affairs teachers of the secondary schools in Isfahan and 128 teachers were selected, using proportional to volume stratified sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire which consisted of 21 items and divided into the two parts of ‘capabilities of the educational affairs teachers’ and ‘the educational affairs teachers’ feeling of the need for the in service trainings’ was used to collect data. Reliability of the questionnaire was estimated as 0.88. Data were analyzed, using ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc tests. Results: Correlation between teachersʹ capabilities and needs was significant only in nine items. (Negative correlation showed higher needs than capabilities) There was no difference between comments of the teachers about ‘the need for in service trainings’, regarding work experience. The highest average score was on the ‘use of the new teaching methods’ whose value was more than 4 in all three groups of the teachers. Conclusion: Planners of the educational affairs teachers in service trainings should consider teachers’ capabilities and needs together, while they determine the content of these trainings.
