بررسي مفهوم فقر از منظر قرآن و روايات ايمه اطهار(عليهم السلام)

Analyzing the Concept of Poverty from the Perspective of the Holy Qur’an and Traditions of the Infallible Imams(p.b.u.h)

فقر يك پديده نامطلوب اجتماعي است كه وجود و گستردگي دامنه آن در جامعه به پيآمدهاي زيان‌آور همه جانبه‌اي در كوتاه مدت و دراز مدت مي‌انجامد. اين پديده شوم در همه اديان و فرهنگ‌هاي بشري نكوهش و براي زدودن آن از جامعه راه‌ها و روش‌هاي گوناگوني پيشنهاد شده است. در قرآن كريم و روايات متعددي نيز، فقر به عنوان عامل منفي در زندگي انسان معرفي شده است كه بايد به زودي رفع گردد. اما در مقابل، در برخي از روايات عباراتي پيرامون ستايش فقر و جايگاه فقرا نزد خداوند ديده مي‌شود كه ايجاد يك نوع تعارضي در اين زمينه مي‌نمايد، لذا حل تعارض روايات و تبيين موضع اسلام و شيوه مواجهه آن با مقوله فقر ضرورتي انكار ناپذير است. بررسي منابع اسلامي نيز مشخص مي‌كند، مقتضاي جمع و سازش ميان اخبار متعارض اين است كه فقر و ثروت هر يك به نوبه خود نعمتي الهي است كه بنده وظيفه دارد به مقتضاي آن عمل كند و به همين دليل در بيشتر دعاهاي حضرات معصومين(ع) كفاف خواسته شده كه سالمتر و كم خطرتر از طرفين آن است. علاوه بر اين، مقاله حاضر پديده «فقر» و اقسام آن را در اسلام بر اساس يك روش تحليلي ـ توصيفي و با استمداد از منابع تفسيري و فقهي مورد بررسي قرار داده است و جامعيت و نگاه دقيق به مسيله فقر و اقسام آن از جمله نوآوري اين تحقيق است.

Poverty is an undesirable social phenomenon which its existence and its extent in the society lead to comprehensive short-term and long-term harmful effects. This phenomenon has been criticized by all religions and human cultures, and various ways have been suggested to remove it from the society. In the holy Quran and also several traditions, poverty has been introduced as a negative factor in the life of human being which should be eradicated as soon as possible. In contrast, in some traditions praising words about poverty and the status of the poor before God can be seen. This can make a conflict in this area. Thus resolution of the conflict existed in traditions and explanation of the idea of Islam about poverty and the way Islam deals with the issue is an undeniable necessity. A review of Islamic sources reveals that in order to accept both conflicting ideas, we should consider the fact that both poverty and wealth are divine blessings and believers have the duty to act upon the situation. That is why in the prayers of infallible Imams (AS) they ask God to give them enough (and they ask to be not too wealthy not so poor), for it is safer than both of them. In addition, the present article studies phenomenon of poverty and its forms on the basis of an analytical-descriptive method, using Islamic exegetical and jurisprudential sources. Comprehensiveness and detailed and accurate point of view into the issue of poverty and different types of it are some of the innovations in this research.
