بررسي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر ميزان اشتغال زايي بخش خصوصي در صنعت ورزش

The Investigation of Factors Affecting Job Creation Rate in Private Sector in Sport Industry

شرايط جهان امروز و بروز مشكلات بسيار در ساختارهاي دولتي و نظام اداري كشورها به ويژه ركود اقتصادي ، ضرورت انجام اصلاحات در اقتصاد و واگذاري بسياري از اقدامات اجرايي به مردم در قالب بخش هاي خصوصي را خاطر نشان مي سازد . طي دو دهه اخير مكانيزم هاي خصوصي سازي در بسياري از كشورها طراحي و به مرحله اجرا درآمده است و از آن به عنوان راه حلي در جهت منطقي نمودن ساختار اجتماعي جامعه ، كاهش بار مالي دستگاه ها بر بودجه دولت ، تجهيز منابع مالي و افزايش نيروهاي تخصصي و تلاشي در جهت اشتغال زايي بهره گيري شده است. هدف از انجام تحقيق حاضر ، بررسي عوامل موثر بر ميزان اشتغال زايي بخش خصوصي در صنعت ورزش است. روش اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي بوده و جامعه آماري آن 1406 مدير شاغل در اماكن ورزشي خصوصي شهر تهران در سال 1391 مي باشد كه از ميان آن ها 256 مدير با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي و فرمول كوكران به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند . در اين تحقيق از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد كه پايايي آن به روش آلفاي كرونباخ(85/0= ?( بدست آمد. در بخش آزمون فرضيات از آزمون همبستگي اسپيرمن استفاده شده است. نتايج بدست آمده از تحقيق نشان داد كه بين سرمايه گذاري اوليه و ميزان اشتغال زايي يك رابطه خطي مستقيم وجود دارد ؛ بدين معني كه به منظور اشتغال زايي صنعت ورزش به ويژه توسط بخش خصوصي ، نياز به جذب سرمايه گذاري بيشتري مي باشد. بين درآمد خالص بخش خصوصي از سرمايه گذاري در ورزش و ميزان اشتغال زايي رابطه مستقيم برقرار است و بخش خصوصي با كسب درآمد بيشتر ، زمينه رابراي ايجاد اشتغال بيشتر فراهم مي سازد. همچنين يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه بين محدوديت هاي مالي و ميزان اشتغال زايي پيوند آماري معكوسي وجود داشته و افزايش محدوديت هاي مالي بخش خصوصي ، كاهش اشتغال زايي را به دنبال خواهد داشت. بين ميزان استفاده از تسهيلات بانكي در ورزش و ميزان اشتغال زايي يك رابطه خطي ضعيف برقرار است ؛ به عبارت ديگر افزايش يا كاهش ميزان استفاده از تسهيلات بانكي در ورزش با افزايش و يا كاهش ميزان اشتغال زايي در ارتباط مي باشد.

Todayʹs global conditions and many problems in governmental structures and administrative principles of the countries, especially economic recession, necessitate economic reformations and entrustment of more executive affairs to people in the form of private sectors. During the last two decades, privatization mechanisms have been designed and employed as a solution to rationalizing the social structure of societies, reducing the expenses of systems loaded on governmental budget, equipping financial resources, increasing experts and attempting to create job opportunities. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting job creation rate of private sector in the sport industry. The research method was descriptive survey and the statistical population consisted of 1406 managers working in private gyms in Tehran in 1391. 256 managers were selected with cluster sampling method and Cochran formula as the sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was used in this study and its reliability was determined using Cronbachʹs alpha (?=0.85). Spearman correlation test was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed a direct linear relationship between the initial investment and job creation, that is, for more job creation in sport industry, especially by the private sector, more investment should be absorbed. There was a direct relationship between net income of private sector from investment in sport and job creation and private sector with more income creates more job opportunities. Also, there was a reverse statistical relation between financial limitations and job creation, that is, increasing financial limitations of private sector decreased job creation. There was a weak linear relationship between using banking facilities in sport and job creation. In other words, increasing or reducing the use of banking facilities in sport was associated with increasing or decreasing the rate of job creation.
