Socialization and Political Resocialization in the Conscription: A Study on the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad Students’ Attitude

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي نگرش دانشجويان درباره جامعه پذيري و بازجامعه پذيري سياسي در نظام وظيفه است. متغيرهاي اصلي اين پژوهش تاثير نظام وظيفه بر تغيير نگرش به خانواده، دوستان و محيط اطراف و نگرش دانشجويان به كاركرد‌هاي اجتماعي و كاركردهاي سياسي نظام وظيفه در سه سطح نظام سياسي، مقام هاي سياسي و شناخت سياسي است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد بيشتر دانشجويان با تاثير نظام وظيفه بر تغيير نگرش مشمولان به خانواده، دوستان و محيط اطراف خود و نيز وجود كاركردهاي اجتماعي براي نظام وظيفه و درنتيجه تاثير آن در فرايند جامعه‌پذيري موافق‌اند، اما با اينكه نظام وظيفه داراي آثار و كاركردهايي در بازجامعه‌پذيري سياسي مشمولان باشد مخالف هستند. درباره تاثير نظام وظيفه بر تغيير نگرش به خانواده، دوستان و محيط اطراف، كاركرد‌هاي اجتماعي نظام وظيفه، كارويژه‌هاي سياسي معطوف به نظام، مقام هاي سياسي و شناخت و گرايش سياسي بسته به وضعيت دانشجويان درقبال نظام وظيفه تفاوت معناداري ميان دانشجويان وجود دارد.

The current study examines the university studentsʹ attitudes about the socialization and political resocialization in the conscription. The main variables in this study are: the effect of the conscription on attitude toward the family, friends and environment, social and political functions of conscription in three levels of political system, political recognition and political authorities. The findings show that most of students agree that the conscription affects on the students’ attitude toward the family, friends and environment and its social functions, but they disagree about its effect on the political resocialization. Besides, there are significant differences regarding the students’ status about the impact of conscription on the sparticpants’ attitude toward the family, friends and environment, and conscription social and political functions to political system, political recognition and political authorities.
