Diagnosis of Commercialization Process of the Inventions; anAnalysis in Three Areas of Inventor, Environment and Invention

شكي نيست كه شرايط حاكم بر فضاي توسعه اقتصادي كشورمان لزوم تمركز بر ارتقاي سطح توانمندي هاي داخلي در قلمرو فناوري و به‌ويژه تجاري سازي اختراعات را بيش از پيش كرده است. در اين راستا، آسيب-شناسي فرايند تجاريسازي اختراعات و ارايه راهكارهايي براي توسعه اين مهم ميتواند گامي‌ راهبردي در برنامه ريزي توسعه فناوري در كشور محسوب شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي و بررسي موانع تجاريسازي اختراعات و ارايه راهكارهايي در اين خصوص انجام گرفته است. گردآوري اطلاعات از طريق تكميل پرسشنامه به دست مخترعان اختراعات برتر استان يزد حاصل شده است. نمونه اين تحقيق با استفاده از روش كوكران به دست آمده است. براي تحليل داده ها از تكنيك هاي TOPSIS و QFD استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه از بين 65 مانع شناسايي و تاييدشده از منظر مخترعان، "نداشتن وثيقه و پشتوانه مالي براي اخذ وام و سرمايه گذاري" مهم‌ترين مانع شناخته شد؛ همچنين راهكارهاي "اصلاح قوانين بانكي براي تامين وثيقه از محل طرح در مورد طرح هاي دانش بنيان" و "تشكيل حلقه هاي مخترعان" مهم‌ترين راهكارها براي توسعه تجاري سازي اختراعات برگزيده شدند.

Undoubtedly, the condition of the economic development in our country has increased the necessity of focus on the level of internal capacity building in the technology area and especially commercialization of inventions. Therefore, diagnosis of the commercialization process of the inventions and providing solutions for expansion of this important issue can be considered as a strategic step for planning the technology development in the country. The present study undertakes to recognize and investigate the barriers to the commercialization process of inventions and consequently to provide some solutions in this regard. The data are collected through a survey and interviews with a sample of inventorsʹ society of Yazd Province. TOPSIS and QFD techniques have been used for data analysis. The study results show that "lack of collateral and financial support for taking out credit facilities and investments" are the main barriers among the 65 recognized and approved barriers by the inventors. Accordingly, "banking rules reform for providing collaterals out of the knowledge-based plans" and "formation of inventorsʹ chain" are recommended as the main solutions for the expansion of the inventions commercialization
