شناسايي عوامل موثر بر سيستم نوآوري تكنولوژيك در حوزه انرژي‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي تجديدپذير

Factors Influencing Technological Innovation System in The Field of Renewable Energy

دستيابي به نوآوري‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي پويا و توسعه فناوري در سايه شكل‌گيري سيستم‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي نوآوري تكنولوژيك ميسر مي‌شود؛ از اين رو اين پژوهش با توجه به كمبود پژوهش‌هاي پيشين در اين حوزه در پي پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه عوامل موثر بر سيستم نوآوري تكنولوژيك در صنعت انرژي‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي تجديدپذير ايران چه مواردي هستند. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش كيفي است. جامعه آماري آن خبرگاني هستند كه در حوزه مفاهيم نوآوري تكنولوژيك و نيز انرژي‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي تجديدپذير تجربه و تخصص دارند. حجم نمونه شامل ده نفر است كه با روش نمونهگيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته است كه روايي آن با نظر خبرگان و انجام اصلاحات لازم تاييد شده است. روش تحليل داده‌ها شامل كدگذاري در سه گام كدگذاري اوليه، كدگذاري باز و كدگذاري محوري است. يافته‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي پژوهش نشاندهنده وجود 8 گروه عوامل نهادي و سازماني، دولتي و قانوني،كسب‌وكار، اقتصادي، فرهنگي، ساختار بازار، فناوري و دانشي در 36 بعد فرعي است كه بر شكل‌گيري سيستم‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي نوآوري تكنولوژيك در صنعت انرژي‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي تجديدپذير ايران تاثيرگذارند.

Nowadays, reseach into the technological innovation in the field of clean energy plays an important role in development of entrepreneurial activities. Dynamic innovations and sustainable technological development can be achieved by the formation of technological innovation systems. Hence, identification of the factors affecting the functions of technovation system is an important subject in the emergence of such systems. Due to lack of previous research in this area, in this paper, we investigate the effective factors in the formation of technological innovation systems in the Iranian renewable energy industry and then eventually offer a new conceptual model in this area. To this end, ten in-depth interviews were conducted with academic experts, managers and policymakers of technological innovation system in renewable energy industry, where interviews were based on theoritical saturation and snowball sampling. The gathered data were analyzed using axial and open coding methods. The results show that the influential determinants in the technological innovation systems formation in the Iranian renewable energy industry include eight main factors and 36 axial factors. The main factors consist of institutional and organizational, govenmental and legal, business, economic, cultural, market structure, knowledge and technological factors that affect technovation system in the Iranian renewable energy industry. The results of this paper could be used for the formation of dynamic and sustainable technovation systems in the renewable energy industry of developing countries
