كاربرد طب مكمل در پرستاري با تاكيد بر لمس درماني

Utilization of complementary and alternative medicine in nursing with emphasis on the touch therapy

زمينه و هدف: طب مكمل و جايگزين مجموعه اي از روش هاي تشخيصي، درماني و يا پيشگيري، شيوه هاي زندگي سالم و طبيعي است كه بواسطه كل نگر بودن به موازات پزشكي رايج و براي تقويت آن در سراسر دنيا بكار مي رود. مواد و روش كار: اين مطالعه يك مرور جامع است كه با جستجوي وسيع در پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي Science direct, Pubmed, Google scholar, Scopus, Iranmedex و با استفاده از كليد واژه هاي complementary and alternative medicine, touch therapy , nursing انجام و سپس بر اساس ميزان ارتباط مقالات با موضوع پژوهش و نظر تخصصي گروه تحقيق، مقالات مرتبط انتخاب و بررسي شدند. يافته ها: هدف از طب مكمل و جايگزين، ارتقا سطح سلامت و كيفيت زندگي به موازات افزايش طول عمر با بكارگيري رويكردهاي طبيعي و روش هاي مختلف با استناد به تجربيات باليني و تحقيقاتي است. لمس درماني يك مداخله درماني جهت مديريت انرژي انسان بوده و مفهوم باليني آن توسط تيوري نظريه انسان واحد، راجرز (1970) حمايت مي شود. از طب مكمل براي تسهيل رابطه درماني بين پرستار و بيمار از طريق ايجاد اعتماد و افزايش ارتباط مي توان استفاده كرد. نتيجه گيري: طب مكمل امروزه به سادگي ارايه فرصت ديگري را براي پرستاران جهت مراقبت از بيماران بطور همه جانبه فراهم كرده است. پرستاران با شناسايي استفاده طب مكمل و جايگزين در بيماران و ارايه اطلاعات لازم به آنها مي توانند در دستيابي به مراقبت و اهداف درماني موثر باشند.

Background & Objectives: complementary and alternative medicine is a set of procedures for diagnosis, treatment or prevention, and healthy lifestyle and natural. Due to the being holistic, along with conventional medicine is used around the world to reinforce it. Material & Methods: This comprehensive review was conducted based on extensive search of databases including Scopus, Pub med, Science direct, Google scholar and Iran medex by using keywords such as complementary and alternative medicine, touch therapy, nursing. Relevant articles were selected based on the relationship of articles and expert comments. Results: The purpose of complementary and alternative medicine is health promotion and quality of life with increase life span with using natural approaches and different methods according to clinical experience and research. Touch therapy is a therapeutic intervention for human energy management and its clinical concepts is supported by the Rogers’ theory of Unitary Human Beings. Complementary medicine can be used to facilitate the therapeutic relationship between nurse and patient through building trust and enhancing communication. Conclusion: Today complementary medicine has simply provided the opportunity for nurses in holistic care. Health care providers can play a more effective role in achieving care and therapeutic targets by identification of complementary and alternative medicine.
