بررسي روند تغييرات كاركردي خانه‌هاي روستايي نمونه موردي: روستاي گرجي محله، شهرستان بهشهر، استان مازندران

طي چند دهه اخير، روستا‌هاي ايران، تحت تاثير تغييرات اجتماعي، از لحاظ زيستي و فرهنگي، دچاردگرگوني فزاينده‌اي شده اند. در دوره پيش از مدرن كه مربوط به حدود نيم قرن پيش است، روستا همواره الگوي توليد بوده و به عنوان بنيان شهر، از اهميت اقتصادي و اجتماعي زيادي برخوردار بوده است. اما پس از گسترش مدرنيسم و با توسعه امكانات و خدمات رفاهي در روستا تغييراتي نيز در شيوه يا "سبك زندگي" روستايي پديد آمد كه ساختار و شكل خانه نيزمتناسب با آن دستخوش تغيير و تحول شد. مقاله حاضر درصدد است تا به بررسي روند اين تغييرات بپردازد و با كوششي هدفمند، عوامل موثربرتغييرات كاركردي خانه‌هاي روستايي را شناسايي نموده تا از اين طريق بستر لازم را براي تصميم گيري متناسب مهيا سازد. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش شامل روش تاريخي و توصيفي-تحليلي بوده و ازمجموع مطالعات ميداني وسيع، روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي براي جمع آوري اطلاعات ، از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي در تجزيه و تحليل استفاده شده است. نتايج بررسي بيانگر آن است كه با توجه به فرضيه‌هاي ارايه شده،(مقدارr=294/. وسطح معناداري=.000/0)، بين نوع شغل و تحول خانه‌هاي روستايي و همچنين (مقدارr=603/. و سطح معناداري=000/0)، بين كسب و افزايش آگاهي از فناوري رابطه مستقيم و معناداري وجود دارد. در نتيجه اين دو عامل باعث بيشترين تغييرات در كاركرد خانه‌هاي روستايي در محدوده مورد مطالعه شده است.
