بررسي رابطه سبك هاي رهبري مديران با خلاقيت در معلمان مدارس پسرانه ابتدايي شهر پُل دختر

Examining the Relationship between Leadership Styles of School Administrators and Teachers Creativity in Elementary Schools of Poldokhtar

زمينه: يكي از راه‌هاي دست‌يابي به خلاقيت در آموزش و پرورش، بهره گيري از معلمان خلاق و مبتكر است. خلاقيت معلمان مي‌تواند كيفيت خدمات آموزشي به دانش آموزان را افزايش دهد. سبك‌هاي رهبري مديران مدارس، با توجه به رويكردي كه به معلمان دارند، در رشد خلاقيت يا كاهش آن موثرند. هدف: پژوهش حاضر، به بررسي رابطه سبك‌هاي رهبري مديران با خلاقيت معلمان در مدارس ابتدايي مي پردازد. اين پژوهش از نوع همبستگي و كاربردي است. روش: جامعه آماري تحقيق، كليه معلمان دوره ابتدايي مدارس پسرانه شهرستان پل دختر هستند كه با روش تصادفي ساده، از بين آنها 97 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسش‌نامه استاندارد سنجش خلاقيت رندسيپ و سبك رهبري تحولي - تبادلي باس بوده و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از طريق شاخص‌هاي آمار توصيفي و آزمون‌هاي آماري (همبستگي پيرسون، تحليل واريانس يك راهه و رگرسيون) انجام گرفته است. يافته‌ها: نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه سبك رهبري تحولي، بيش از سبك رهبري تبادلي با خلاقيت معلمان در ارتباط است. از بين مولفه‌هاي سبك رهبري تحولي، دو مولفه رهبري فرهمند و ملاحظه فردي با هم 5/29 درصد از واريانس خلاقيت معلمان را تبيين نمودند. همچنين مولفه پاداش مشروط مربوط به سبك رهبري تبادلي تنها 7/9 درصد از واريانس خلاقيت معلمان را تبيين نمود. نتيجه‌گيري: برنامه‌ريزي دوره‌هاي آموزشي مربوط به بهبود مهارت رهبري تحولي جهت دست‌اندركاران مدرسه، به ويژه مديران و معلمان، به منظور موفقيت و تعالي مدرسه ضرورتي اجتناب‌ناپذير است. رهبري اثربخش، مستلزم به كارگيري هم سبك رهبري تحولي و هم سبك رهبري تبادلي است. بنابراين مديران مدارس بايستي ضمن به وجود آوردن شرايط و فضاي لازم براي انگيزش دروني و خودكارآمدي معلمان، به مشوق‌ها و پاداش‌هاي بيروني نيز توجه لازم را داشته باشند.

Background: One of the ways to achieve creativity in education is using creative teachers. Creative teachers can increase the quality of educational services. Leadership styles of school principals can improve or diminish teacher’s creativity. Objective: This study examined the relationship between managersʹ leadership styles and creativity of teachers in primary schools. Method: The method used in this research was correlation and applied research. The statistical population of the research was all the elementary school teachers in Poldokhtar of whom 97 were selected randomly . Instruments included two standard questionnaires to measure creativity and transformational leadership . For analyzing data, descriptive and statistical tests such as Pearson correlation, analysis of variance, regression were used. Findings: The results of this review indicates that the transformational leadership style is more than transactional leadership style and is associated with teachers creativity .Among the components of transformational leadership, charismatic leadership and individual consideration explain %29.5 of teachers creativity. Beside that The contingent reward component of transactional leadership style just explains 7/9% of the variance. Conclusions: Planning training courses to improve the skills of transformational leadership for school administrators, particularly principals and teachers to achieve schoolʹs success and growth is inevitable. Effective leadership requires the use of a transformational and transactional leadership style. Therefore school administrators in addition to creating the conditions and environment for intrinsic motivation should consider extrinsic rewards.
