گستردگي و توسعه روزافزون علوم رايانه اي و رويكرد جهاني به آن در همه عرصه ها و موفقيت-هاي غير قابل باور پيشتازان اين صنعت در رسيدن به آنچه كه روزگاري رويا جلوه مي كرد، دست-مايه شايسته اي بر گسترش روزافزون اين صنعت در همه شيون كشورمان دارد و ضروري است سازمان هاي پيشرو با تشخيص به موقع ضرورت هاي تجهيز به اين فنا وري ها و الزامات آن در سازمان، نظير سيستم هاي اطلاعات يكپارچه و ... ، خود را در مسير و معبري كه به شاه راه تمدن جهاني مي پيوندد، قرار دهند. هدف مقاله حاضر ارزيابي ميزان موفقيت سيستم اطلاعاتي يكپارچه وزارت نيرو و شركت هاي تابعه، بر اساس مدل تعديل شده ارزيابي موفقيت است كه توسط دلون ومك لين ارايه شده است. اين كار از طريق انجام مطالعه پيمايشي سيستم هاي اطلاعات يكپارچه در شركت توسعه منابع آب و نيروي ايران و با تمركز بر تاثيرات فردي و سازماني و منافع حاصل از به كارگيري سيستم هاي اطلاعات يكپارچه بر سازمان مذكور است. يافته هاي اين تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه كيفيت سيستم و كيفيت خدمات سيستم اطلاعات با اثر مثبت مستيم بر رضايت كاربر بر تمايل به استفاده از سيستم و در نتيجه كسب مزاياي فردي و سازماني حاصل از كاربرد سيستم اطلاعات در سازمان موثر است و كيفيت اطلاعات سيستم هم بر تمايل به استفاده از سيستم اثر مثبت مستقيم دارد. با توجه به يافته هاي اين تحقيق مي-توان نتيجه گرفت هرچند كيفيت سيستم و كيفيت خدمات سيستم اطلاعات يكپارچه شركت توسعه منابع آب و نيروي ايران پيشگوي مناسبي براي ارزيابي رضايت كاربران و افزايش كسب مزاياي فردي و سازماني از سيستم اطلاعات است اما كيفيت اطلاعات حاصل از سيستم، تنها بر تمايل به استفاده از سيستم مذكور موثر واقع شده است..
