تحولات بحرين؛ بررسي چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي پيش‌روي امنيّت ملّي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Transformations in Bahrain; the Challenges and Opportunities Facing the National Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran

اين مقاله با رويكرد توصيفي- تحليلي در پي واكاوي تحولات بحرين و تبيين چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي پيش‌روي امنيّت ملّي ايران سامان يافته است. بدين منظور پژوهش حاضر تلاش مي‌كند تا با الگوگيري از رويكرد تركيبي رهيافت سوم لي نور جي مارتين در مطالعه امنيت ملي كشورهاي خاورميانه و با در نظر گرفتن پنج متغير مستقل دخيل در اين رويكرد (تركيبي از متغير‌هاي نظامي و غيرنظامي)، به تاثير تحولات بحرين بر امنيت و جايگاه منطقه اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران بپردازد. ماحصل پژوهش حاضر به فرصت‌هايي همچون تقويت ژيوپلتيك شيعه، گسترش نفوذ ج.ا.ا و توسعه الگوي اسلام سياسي آن،كمرنگ شدن نقش و حضور بازيگران رقيب و متاخصم و اثبات رويكرد گزينشي آمريكا و اتحاديه اروپا، و چالش‌هايي چون تداوم حضور نيروهاي نظامي آمريكا در منطقه، افزايش تنش هاي قومي و مذهبي، تضاد منافع با كشورهاي عربي منطقه، تشديد و تداوم پروژه ايران هراسي و شيعه هراسي اشاره دارد.

Present paper, using a descriptive-analytical approach, is aimed to analysis the transformations in Bahrain and challenges and opportunities facing the national security of Iran. In order to achieve research objectives, present study employed Martin’s integrated approach in studying Middle East’s national security as theoretical framework and considering five independent variables (combination of military and non-military factors) to assess the effect of Bahrain transformations on position and security of Iran in the region. Results of study mention to some opportunities such as strengthen the geopolitics of Shia, expanding the influence of Islamic republic of Iran and development of Iran’s Islamic pattern, decrease the role and presence of opposition competitors, improve the selective approach of U.S.A and EU and challenges such as continuing the presence of U.S military in region, increasing of ethnic and religious tensions, conflict between regional Arab countries’ profits, intensification and continuing Iranophobia and Shiaphobia project.
