Validity of Appearances of Qur’anic verses from Akhbaris’ Viewpoint

اخباريان به عنوان شاخه‌اي از فقهاي شيعه با اكثريت ايشان، يعني اصوليان در اعتبار برخي از منابع استنباط و طُرُق فهم احكام اللّه، اختلاف دارند. از جمله اين‌كه آن‌ها به بي‌اعتباري فهم انسان‌هاي عادي (= غير معصومين (عليهم‌‌السّلام)) از ظواهر قرآن، شهرت يافته‌اند. اين پندار ايشان بر دو پايه اساسي متكّي است؛ نخست، «رواياتي» كه آن‌ها مدّعي تواتر و ظهور آن در عدم حجيّت ظواهر قرآن مي‌باشند و ديگري، وجود «تقييد و تخصيص» و ورود «تجوّز» به ظاهر اكثر آيات قرآن به گونه‌اي كه آن‌را از حجيّت ساقط مي‌كند. تامّل در آثار و آرا اخباريان، بيانگر فراگير نبودن اين باور در ميان ايشان و اعتقاد آن‌ها به تقدّم كتاب بر ديگر ادّله و لزوم انطباق آن با قرآن است و اين خود، بهترين دليل بر اعتقاد اكثريت ايشان همچون ديگر اصوليان بر حجيّت ظواهر كتاب، پيش از ورود دليل روايي محسوب مي‌شود. در اين مقاله كوشش شده است، ادّله اخباريان بر اين ديدگاه گردآوري و مورد نقّادي قرار گيرد.

As a branch of Shi‘a jurists, Akhbaris disagree their majority on the validity of some sources of inferring as well as ways of understanding divine precepts, among which being discrediting ordinary people’s (i.e., other than the infallible-innocent personalities’) understanding of appearances of the Qur’an. Their opinion is based on two bases: hadiths they claim they are massively reported and are apparent in the lack of authority of appearances of the Qur’an, and occurrence of restriction and qualification as well as figurative usage in the appearances of majority of Qur’anic verses in such a way that they discredits them.Contemplation upon works and views of Akhbaris, however, indicates that such opinion is not held by all of them. On the contrary, they believe in the priority of the Book over other proofs as well as necessity of conformity of other proofs with the Book; and this is the best proof that majority of khbaris, like Usulis, believe in the priority of appearances of the Qur’an before consideration of hadiths. The present essay attempts to gather and criticize all Akhbaris’ proofs in this connection
