An introduction to hospital sites selection and design

سابقه و هدف: بيمارستان به عنوان بازوی مهم ارائه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی و اوّلين سطح ارجاع خدمات درمانی، با قلمرو و مسئوليت های مشخص، مهمترين موسسه بهداشتی و درمانی در هر كشوری به شمار می آيد. به عبارتی ديگر، محلّ اصلی هرگونه ايجاد هزينه برای بخش درمان اعم از پژوهش، بستری كردن و درمان، بيمارستان ها می باشند. برنامه ريزی و ساخت بيمارستان ها ، مسائل پيچيده ای را مطرح می كند. يكی از آنها مشكل برنامه ريزی هماهنگ با نظام بهداشتی است، كه عواملی مثل: الويت دادن به انواع ديگر سرمايه گذاری های سودآورتر، عدم تعادل های منطقه ای، عدم تطابق عرضه خدمات بيمارستانی در رابطه با تقاضا، مشكل سنجش تحول مصرف، ناكافی بودن كنترل در زمينه ايجاد كلينيك ها و هزينه های دارويی و بالاخره عدم توازن ميان فعاليت های گوناگون در اين زمينه دخالت دارند. مقاله حاضر بر آن است تا با نگاهی كوتاه، اهم مواردی را كه در مكانيابی و طراحی بيمارستان ها در سطوح شهری، منطقه ای و كشوری بايد رعايت گردد، به صورت نظری بيان نموده و در خاتمه پيشنهاداتی در جهت مكانيابی بهينه بيمارستان ها برای هر چه بهتر شدن كارآيی آنها ارائه می نمايد.منابع اطلاعاتی و روش های انتخاب منابع : در اين مطالعه مروری از روش كتابخانه ای و جستجوی اينترنتی استفاده شده و برای انجام جستجو، بانك های اطلاعاتی فارسی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. تركيب مطالب و نتايج: لازمه استفاده بهينه از فضا، استقرار پديده ها در فضا با نظم است تا در مجموع فضا نظام داشته و به صورت هماهنگ و با حداكثر ظرفيت و كارآيی اقتصادی باشد. ايجاد نظام فضايی، خود قابليت های جديدی را به وجود می آورد، قابليت های فضا، علاوه بر قابليت های درونی (ناشی از توان عناصر متشكله درون فضا و عملكرد آنها)، قابليت های برونی (ناشی از توان های فضاهای مجاور و اثرات آنها بر يكديگر) را نيز شامل می شود.

Background: The hospital is an important element in the new public health. The health in the populations requires access to the medical and hospital services as well as preventive care and a healthy environment. This study attempts to review the important factors to be considered in the hospital sites selected and design in the urban, regional and country levels. Finally, suggestions have exhibited to the hospital sites selected and design for its optimum and efficiency. Itʹs also suggests proposals for appropriate site selected and design of hospitals for optimum efficiency. Materials & Methods: This is a review article which documentary method and Internet search have been employed.Results: What principles do you use to decide on the location and layout of a new or expanded site selection? What information do you need to consider before selecting a site location? How do you maximize inherently safer design with minimal impact on the cost and schedule? How do you manage sitting issues when limited space is available? How do you address security concerns in a new site? These questions are considered cases in paper to attempt to answer it. Conclusion: To determine the feasibility of the project, the first consideration in the survey is to study the character, needs and possibilities of the community which the hospital is going to serve. The hospital facilities in the region should be studied in terms of: • Population of the region• Quality and number of hospitals• Patient and disease pattern• Cost of investigation and treatment • Physical and Environmental characteristics of the siteThis study considers the specific problems of creating a well distributed network of hospitals that deliver its services to the target population in minimal time, pollution and cost. The study has showed that if these criteria considered, it would assessed the extent to which authorities of hospital planning and administration have utilized in the planning.
