The Narrative Focus in Elahi Nameh Based on Gerard Genetteʹs Theory

تحليل و بررسي كانون روايت و شگردهاي روايي در آثار داستاني، استعدادها و قابليت‌هايي را باز مي‌نماياند كه به كشف ساختـار منسجم و دقيقي از روايت اثر منتهي مي‌شود؛ از‌اين رو تشخيص گوناگوني كـانون‌هاي ديـد، شكل‌هاي مختلف ارتباط راوي با كانون‌ساز و زاويه ديد از اهميت فراواني برخوردار است. يكي از انواع تكنيك‌هاي روايي كه مي‌توان بر اساس آن توانمندي‌هاي داستان‌پرداز را در شكل‌دهي به ساختار و نظام روايي اثر داستاني سنجيد، نظريه كانون روايت ژرار ژنت است كه در آن به بررسي دو مقوله وجه و لحن روايت پرداخته مي‌شود. سنجش كانون روايت در الهي‌نامه عطار به عنوان يكي از متون روايي ارزشمند كه از گوناگوني و تنوّعي مطلوب برخوردار است، ما را به هنر داستان‌پردازي عطّار و غناي متون روايي كهن فارسي رهنمون مي‌سازد. در اين پژوهش كه به شيوه استقرايي به بررسي گونه‌هاي مختلف كانون ديد از نظر ژرار ژنت پرداخته مي‌شود، به تغيير متناوب زاويه ديد كه ناشي از انتخاب كـانون‌هاي روايت متنوّع، تـاثير ساختار داستان در داستان و نيز برجستگي عنصر گفتگو در الهي نامه است، پي‌برده و با انواع كانون ديد آشنا مي‌شويم.

Studying and analyzing narrative focus and narrative methods in fictional works shows skills and abilities which results in recognizing the coherent and precise structure of the text. Thus, recognizing the variety of narration focuses, different forms of narrator’s relationship with focalization and point of view are of most importance. One of the narrative techniques, through which one can assay the writerʹs abilities in forming the structure and narrative system of the fiction, is Gerard Genetteʹs theory of narrative focus which deals with two concepts of mood and voice of the narration. Assaying narrative focus in Attar’s Elahi Nameh, as a valuable narrative text with its diversity and variety of themes, guides us to not only Attarʹs art of fictionalization but also richness of ancient Persian narrative texts. Using Gerard Genette’s theory, this research tries to analyze different aspects of focus of view inductively. Also, periodic changes of point of view which come from choosing various narrative focuses, the effects of fiction structure on the fiction and the salience of dialogue element in Elahi Nameh are studied. Finally, we get familiar with various narratives focuses.
