اثربخشي آموزش مادران براساس مدل فرزندپروري مثبت بر ميزان علايم اختلالات رفتاري دانش‏آموزان ناشنوا

The effectiveness of mother training based on the model of positive parenting on the rate of behavioral disorders symptoms in deaf students

زمينه و هدف: آسيب شنوايي سازگاري انسان با محيط را تحت تاثير قرار مي‌دهد و ممكن است عوارض رواني نظير اختلالات رفتاري به‏دنبال داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي اثربخشي آموزش مديريت رفتاري گروهي مادران براساس مدل فرزندپروري مثبت بر ميزان اختلالات رفتاري دانش‌آموزان ناشنواي مقطع ابتدايي شهر اصفهان انجام گرفت. روش بررسي: روش پژوهش نيمه‏تجربي با طرح پيش‌آزمون‏ـ‏پس‌آزمون و گروه شاهد بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري چندمرحله‌اي تعداد 30 نفر از مادراني كه كودكان آن‌ها داراي علايم اختلالات رفتاري بودند، انتخاب و به تصادف در دو گروه مورد و شاهد گمارده شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از سياهه رفتاري كودك فرم والدين با روايي و پايايي تاييد شده استفاده شد. داده‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش تحليل كوواريانس تجزيه و تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: يافته‎هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه بين عملكرد گروه‏هاي مورد و شاهد در كاهش نشانه‌هاي اختلالات رفتاري در مرحله پس‏آزمون تفاوت معني‌داري وجود دارد(p < 0/001). نتيجه‌گيري: براساس يافته‏هاي پژوهش مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه آموزش مادران براساس مدل فرزندپروري مثبت بر كاهش اختلالات رفتاري كودك ناشنواي آن‌ها تاثير دارد و بنابراين مي‌تواند به‌عنوان يك روش مداخله‌اي موثر به كار گرفته شود.

Background and Aim: Hearing loss affects human adjustment with environment and may be followed by mental complications such as behavioral problems. This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of group behavioral management training of mothers based on the model of positive parenting on the rate of behavioral disorders of primary school deaf students in Isfahan. Methods: The research method was semi-experimental with pre and post-test plan and control group. Using multi-stage sampling method, 30 mothers whose children demonstrated behavioral disorders symptoms were chosen and randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. Data gathering was by parents’ form of child behavior checklist with confirmed validity and reliability. The obtained data was analyzed using covariance analysis method. Results: The results showed that there is significant difference between performance of experimental and control groups on the reduction of behavioral disorders symptoms in the post-test (p < 0.001). Conclusion: It could be concluded that mother training based on the positive parenting model is effective on reducing behavioral disorders of their deaf child, and thus can be applied as an effective intervention method.
