طراحي سيستم تصميمگيري جهت اولويتبندي فناوريهاي مناسب مديريت دانش در شركتهاي بيمه

Designing a Decision-making System to Prioritize Appropriate Knowledge Management Technologies in Insurance Companies

امروزه مديريت دانش به عنوان يكي از عناصر كليدي سازمانها براي كسب مزيت رقابتي محسوب ميشود و يكي از مهمترين ابعاد آن فناوري اطلاعات ميباشد. با توجه به رشد روز افزون فناوري اطلاعات و نياز شركتهاي بيمه به استفاده از فناوري براي مديريت دانش سازماني، مساله انتخاب فناوري مناسب در فرآيندهاي مديريت دانش از اهميت ويژهاي برخوردار است. در اين مقاله با استفاده از معيارهاي شناسايي شده از ادبيات موضوع و فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي، فناوريهاي هر مرحله از فرآيندهاي مديريت دانش در شركتهاي بيمه ايران، ملت، البرز و سينا با استفاده از نرمافزار Expert Choiceبا يكديگر مقايسه شدند. دادههاي مورد نياز پژوهش، با استفاده از دو پرسشنامهها جمعآوري شد. پرسشنامهها اول براي تعيين معناداري معيارهاي انتخاب و فناوريهاي هر يك از فرآيندهاي مديريت دانش و پرسشنامهها دوم براي اولويتبندي و تعيين وزن شاخصها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتيجههاي حاصل از مقايسه فناوريهاي مديريت دانش براساس 12 معيار انتخاب شده، نشان ميدهد كه فناوري پايگاه دانش در فرآيند كسب دانش، فناوري نظامهاي آموزشي در فرآيند تسهيم دانش، فناوري نقشه دانش در فرآيند سازماندهي دانش و در نهايت فناوري نظام برنامهريزي منابع سازمان در فرآيند كاربرد دانش در شركتهاي بيمه داراي بيشترين اولويت بودهاند. در پايان اين مقاله، نرمافزار تصميمگيري طراحي شده جهت كمك به كاركنان شركتهاي بيمه در انتخاب فناوري مناسب براي هر يك از فرآيندهاي مديريت دانش تشريح شده است.

Nowadays knowledge management is an important element of organizations to gain competitive advantage, and it is one of the most important aspects of information technology. Due to the increasing growth in the information technology field, insurance companies require an appropriate technology for knowledge management in their organizations. That is why choosing the right technology in the knowledge management process is important. In this paper, by using criteria identified from the literature, and using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the technology of the knowledge management in each stage compared in some Insurance companies with the help of Expert Choice software. The data needed for current study gathered from two questionnaires in which aimed to determine the meaningfulness of selection criteria for each KM processes and also to determine and prioritize the weight of criteria. The findings of knowledge management technologies select in according to 12criteria, demonstrates that knowledge-base technology in knowledge acquisition process, Technology education systems in knowledge sharing process, knowledge map in the process of organizing knowledge, and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Technology in the application of knowledge in insurance companies have the highest priority. In the end, the designed “decision-making software” explained for employees of insurance companies in order to help them to select an appropriate technology for each stage of knowledge management by using the C # programming language design.
