Political Economy of Ninth Government Based on Game Theory

اين مقاله، چگونگي كنش متقابل دولت نهم با كارگران و صاحبان سرمايه را با استفاده از نظريه بازي تحليل كرده است. بازي ميان سه بازيكن از نوع ايستا با اطلاعات كامل است. استراتژي بازيكنان با استفاده از فرايندهاي سلسله مراتبي و روش تحليل شبكه‎اي تعيين مي‎شود. تعادل ميان اين سه بازيكن از نوع تعادل نش است. اولويت اول بازيكنان در تحليل سلسله مراتبي و شبكه‎اي براي دولت و صاحبان سرمايه به ترتيب نرخ بيكاري كمتر و دسترسي به شرايط كسب و كار بهتر است، اما اولويت اول براي كارگران در روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي دريافت دستمزد واقعي بالاتر و در تحليل شبكه‎اي حفظ اشتغال براي ايشان است. مغايرت اولويت‎ها نشان‌دهنده بهينه‌نبودن استراتژي‌هاست. براساس نظريه بازي‎ها تعادل نش نيز نرخ رشد اقتصادي (درآمد ملي) بيشتري براي دولت، تحقق شرايط كسب و كار بهتر براي سرمايه‎گذاران و دريافت دستمزد واقعي بالاتر كارگران را نشان مي‎دهد. طبقه‌بندي JEL: J17، J24، O15، O38، C7، P16، D85.

This paper analyzes the reaction of the 9th Government with workers and capital owners using game theory. The type of game between three players is static with perfect information. Strategy of the players is determined through the use of Hierarchical Processes and Network Analysis Method. The equilibrium between these three players is a Nash type equilibrium. In the Hierarchical and Network Analyses the 1st priority for the government and capital owners is a lower unemployment rate and access to better business conditions. However, the 1st priority for the workers is receiving a higher real wage, in the Hierarchical Analysis, and protecting their employment, in the Network Analysis. Contradictory priorities indicate that strategies are not optimum. According to the Nash Balance Games’ Theory, the priorities are higher rate of economic growth (national income) for the government, and better business conditions and getting a higher real wage for the workers.
