مطالعه ريخت‌شناسي و گرده‌‌شناسي سه بخش از جنس Onobrychis Mill. در ايران

Morphological and palynological studies of three sections of the genus Onobrychis Mill. in Iran

در اين پژوهش، ريخت‌شناسي و گرده‌شناسي 40 جمعيت متعلق به 17 گونه از سه بخش Heliobrychis، Afghanichae و Lophobrychis از جنس Onobrychis در ايران مطالعه شد. در مطالعه ريخت‌شناسي، 59 ويژگي كمّي وكيفي بررسي شد. نتايج حاصل از اين مطالعه به خوبي بخش‌هاي مطالعه شده را از يكديگر تفكيك كرد. با وجود اين كه دانه‌هاي گرده در گونه‏هاي جنس Onobrychis از نظرصفات ريخت‌شناسي مانند دارا بودن سه شيار و تزيينات مشبك مشابه هستند، اما از نظر صفات كمّي ريخت شناسي تنوع شايان توجهي در آنها مشاهده شد. طول محورهاي قطبي و استوايي از جمله ويژگي‌هاي با ارزش هستند و بر اساس اين اطلاعات مي‏توان گونه‏هاي مطالعه شده را در سه گروه جاي داد. اين گروه‌بندي نتايج حاصل از مطالعه ريخت‌شناسي را تا حد زيادي تاييد مي‌كند.

In this study, plant morphology and palynology of 40 populations belonging to 17 species from 3 sections of the genus Onobrychis, namely Afghanichae, Heliobrychis and Lophobrychis, were investigated. In morphological study, 59 quantitative and qualitative characters comprising vegetative and reproductive structures were investigated and 3 groups were distinguished. In spite of the comparatively homogenous morphological features including, 3-colpate and reticulate ornamentation, a considerable variation was observed in the quantitative morphological characters of the pollen grains. However, among the studied pollen morphological characters, equatorial and polar diameters were more significant than others and based on these data, the members of the studied sections could be divided into 3 groups. This confirmed the results obtained from morphological survey.
