معرفي نسخه هاي خطي آثار شاعران و بررسي محتوايي و سبكي آنان، بر گستره آشنايي ما با آنان مي افزايد. كه نسخه خطي "معراج الخيال" اثر حسين تجلي شيرازي –شاعر قرن يازدهم ه. و از مفاخر دوره صفويه- يكي از آنهاست. هدف ما از نوشتن اين مقاله بررسي محتوايي و سبكي نسخه خطي مذكور است، بدين معني كه ضمن بررسي محتوايي و تحليل ويژگيهاي ادبي و سبكي نسخه خطي مذكور، به اين سوال اصلي پاسخ ميدهيم كه اين نسخه خطي از نظر محتوايي و سبكي چه ويژگيهايي دارد و شاعر آن براي بيان مطالب شاعرانه خود از چه شگردهايي استمداد جسته است؟ نتايج بدست آمده از پژوهش اين مذكور اين بوده است كه اين مثنوي چون درونمايه عرفاني دارد در قالب تمثيل و ذكر انواع آيات و احاديث، يكي از بهترين مثنويهاي عرفاني و سبك هندي ميباشد. شاعر از انواع آرايه ها و شگردهاي كلامي براي بيان تعاليم عرفاني استمداد جسته است.
