Determining the Explanatory Model of Iranian Elite Sport Coach Selection Criteria

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، تبيين مدل اكتشافی معيارهای انتخاب مربيان ملی كشور است كه در دو بخش كيفی و كمی انجام شدهاست. در بخش كيفی، با مطالعه‌ی ادبيات تحقيق و جلسات بحث و بررسی با نخبگان، متغيرهای اثرگذار در انتخاب مربيان ملی شناسايی شد. در بخش كمی، پرسش‌نامه‌ای با 25 سؤال پاسخ‌بسته تهيه و ضريب پايايی آن 968/0 تعيين شد (01/0 P<) و در اختيار 450 مربی نخبه، مدير، ورزشكار ملی، اساتيد دانشگاه و كارشناسان ورزش كشور قرار گرفت و 407 پرسشنامه، تحليل‌ و مدل اكتشافی معيارهای انتخاب مربيان ملی به‌دست‌آمد. مدل اكتشافی معيارهای انتخاب مربيان ملی متشكل از چهار عامل بود. شاخصهای برازش اعتبار مدل را تأييد و بر اساس آن، ساختار تحليل عاملی اكتشافی تأييد شد. چهار معيار انتخاب مربيان ملی عبارت‌اند از مهارت‌های رهبری، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، مهارت‌های ويژه و مهارت‌های فنی: سوابق فنی و توان عملياتی. در انتخاب مربيان ملی ابتدا به مهارت‌های فنی و سپس به توان اجرايی و عملياتی آنان توجه می‌شود. مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت‌های ويژه در درجات اهميت بعدی هستند. همه‌ی مديران بر ويژگی‌های توان فنی و عملياتی، عضويت در سيستم‌های مربيگری معتبر، مهارت‌های رهبری و ارتباطی مربيان تأكيد كردند. تجربه‌ی بالای مربيگری در تورنمنت‌ها مهم‌ترين متغير در تبيين مهارت‌های فنی مربی و آشنايی با فن مذاكره و توانايی در اعمال مديريت تعارض مهم‌ترين متغير در تبيين مهارت‌های رهبری مربی است. شناسايی عوامل مؤثر در انتخاب مربيان ملی به‌همراه بار عاملی و ارزش هر متغير در مديريت انتخاب مربيان ملی راه‌گشا است.

The present study was conducted with propose of determining the Explanatory Iranian Elite Sport Coach selection Criteria. For this purpose, this study was conducted in two qualitative and quantitative parts. A questionnaire consists of 25 components & 0.968 for reliability was prepared (P< 0.01).. For collecting the data, were asked 450 people as elite athletes, elite coaches, and managers with high experience in athletics sport, experts and professors. Due to this, 407 questionnaires were completed. After analyzing the data, Iranian elite sport coach selection criteria has been made. Results showed that due to this analysis, there are 4 factors that have the most important at the Iranian elite sport coach selection criteria. The variables & loading of each to introduce each factor have been identified. Goodness’s of Fitness of the model have been accepted & then the model has accepted. The most important factors & variables have been identified to present for managers. The 4 factors were leadership skills including communication skills and specific skills and technical skills, including technical and operational capacity. Correlation between the items in the leadership skills is 0.576 and in the technical skills equivalent to 0.601.Conditions governing the coach selection is the way that first the technical skills and then operational skills of the coaches be considered. However, communication skills, and specific skills are in later grades of importance. The results of this study can be found that all managers have stressed on technical and operational capabilities characteristics, membership in the prestigious coaching systems, and leadership and communication skills of the coaches. Having high coaching experience in the Leagues and Tournaments is the most important variable in determining the technical skills of coach and Ability to manage conflict is the most important variable in determining technical & leadership skills of the coach. Identifying factors for coach selection with factor load & value of each variable in managing of national Sport coach selection pave the way for decision makers in selecting coaches.
