ارتباط رضايتمندي نيازهاي اساسي با دستيابي به هدف در جانبازان و معلولان ورزشكار استان خراسان رضوي

The relationship between Basic Needs Satisfaction and Achievement Goal in the veterans and the disables athlete of Khorasan-e Razavi Province

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعيين ارتباط رضايتمندی نيازهای اساسی با دستيابی به هدف بود. جامعه‌ آماری اين پژوهش را جانبازان و معلولان ورزشكار استان خراسان رضوی (700=N) تشكيل می‌دادند. با استفاده از جدول مورگان، نمونه‌ آماری برابر با 248 نفر برآورد شد كه پس از توزيع و جمع‌آوری پرسش‌نامه‌ها، در نهايت 181 پرسش‌نامه كامل بود و مورد تجزيه و تحليل نهايی قرار گرفت. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از دو پرسش‌نامه‌ رضايتمندی نيازهای اساسی (جوهان و همكاران، 2011) و دستيابی به هدف (سين و همكاران، 2008) استفاده شد. روايی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با بـهره‌گيری از نظرات اصلاحی اساتيد مديريت ورزشی تعيين شد و پايايی هر دو پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از آزمون آلفای كرونباخ به ترتيب (83/0=α) و (82/0=α) به‌دست آمد. روش تحقيق از نوع همبستگی بوده و به صورت ميدانی اجرا شده است. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، از شاخص‌های توصيفی و آزمون‌های آماری كلموگروف-اسميرنوف، ضريب همبستگی پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين رضايتمندی نيازهای اساسی با دستيابی به هدف، رابطه‌ مثبت و معنا‌داری (01/0≥P ، 272/0=r) وجود دارد. همچنين بين مؤلفه‌های شايستگی (01/0≥P ، 264/0=r)، درك درونی منبع عليت (012/0=P ، 187/0=r) و ارتباط (01/0≥P ، 297/0=r) با دستيابی به هدف، رابطه‌ معنا‌داری وجود داشت. اما بين مؤلفه‌های انتخاب (95/0=P ، 005/0=r) و اراده (109/0=P ، 12/0=r) با دستيابی به هدف رابطه‌ معنا‌داری مشاهده نشد. از طرفی، نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد كه مؤلفه ارتباط واجد شرايط پيش‌بينی دستيابی به هدف است.

The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between basic needs satisfaction and achievement goal. The statistical population of this study was the veterans and the disables athlete of Khorasan-e Razavi province (N=700). Based on Morgan Table, the size of statistical sample was calculated as 248 which after distributing and collecting questionnaires, 181 questionnaires were complete and eventually became the final analysis. For gathering data, two standard questionnaires, driven from basic needs satisfaction (Johan et al, 2011) and achievement goal (Sean et al, 2008) were used. Validity of questionnaires was achieved through considering comments of professors of sport management course and by using Cronbach’s alpha test the reliability of basic needs satisfaction and achievement goal questionnaires were found to be 0.83 and 0.82, respectively. The research method is correlational and has been done through field method. Descriptive scales and Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of correlation test indicated that there is a positive and significant relation (r=0.272, P≤0.01) between basic needs satisfaction and achievement goal. Furthermore between factors competence (r=0.264, P≤0.01), the internal perceived locus of causality (r=0.187, P=0.012) and relatedness (r=0.297, P≤0.01), with achievement goal and positive and significant relationship was observed. But between components choice (r=0.005, P=0.95) and volition (r=0.12, P=0.109) with achievement goal no-significant relationship was observed. Furthermore the results of regression analysis showed that factor relatedness is expect to qualify achievement goal.
