Identifying of cultural challenges and opportunities of sport in Mazandaran province

در دنياي‌ امروز، ورزش پديده‌اي‌ است‌ كه‌ با فرهنگ پيوند دارد. هدف از اين پژوهش شناسايي چالش ها و فرصت هاي فرهنگي ورزش استان مازندران بود. روش تحقيق آميخته از نوع اكتشافي متوالي است كه ابتدا روش كيفي و سپس روش كمّي بوده است. در مرحله كيفي، با استفاده از 32 مصاحبه از كارشناسان، مديران، ورزشكاران، مربيان و داوران مازندراني در سطح ملي، به شناسايي عوامل مربوط به پژوهش پرداخته شد كه 45 متغير مرتبط به چالش ها و 21 متغير مربوط به فرصت هاي فرهنگي ورزش استان مازندران شناسايي شد. در مرحله كمي، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته مخصوص AHP طراحي كه روايي آن توسط 3 نفر از اساتيد مديريت ورزشي و پايايي آن با توجه به نرخ ناسازگاري پرسش نامه كه كمتر از 1/0 بايد باشد تاييد گرديد. براي وزن دهي از نظر 90 نفر از كارشناسان، مديران، ورزشكاران، مربيان و داوران در سطح ملي استفاده شد. روش نمونه گيري در مرحله كيفي و كمي به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس بود. كم رنگ شدن معنويت بين ورزشكاران از نظر مربيان با وزن نسبي 249/0، مديران 289/0 و داوران 295/0، همچنين شادابي و سرخوشي مردم در كسب پيروزي از نظر مديران با وزن نسبي 243/0، داوران 24/0 و كارشناسان 231/0 به ترتيب به عنوان مهم ترين چالش و فرصت فرهنگي ورزش استان مازندران مي باشد. آشناكردن بيشتر ورزشكاران با مباني ديني و مذهبي، برگزاري جلسات مشترك بين ورزشكاران و روحانيون و ارج نهادن به معنويت از طرف مسوولان مي تواند تا حدي باعث افزايش معنويت بين ورزشكاران شود.

In todayʹs era, sport is a social phenomenon which is linked to cultures. The purpose of this study is to identify the cultural challenges and opportunities of sports in Mazandaran. The research method has been sort of a Sequential exploration using both qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative approach, 32 people including experts, managers, coaches, referees and athletes from Mazandaran who have been prominently active at national levels, have been interviewed to identify the factors related to the research. Eventually, 45variables were identified as related to challenges and 21 variables were identified as related to sports and cultural opportunities of sports in Mazandaran. In the quantitative approach, after identifying the variables, an AHP questionnaire was designed and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by three Sports-Management Professors and also by considering the necessity of inconsistency rate being lower than 0/1 which was totally met. For weighing the variables, the verdicts of 90 experts, administrators, athletes, coaches and referees at the national level have been considered. The Sampling method in both qualitative and quantitative approaches was Purposeful and in access. Spirituality fade among athletes acquiring the relatives weighs of: coaches 0/249, manegers0/289, referees 0/295 and peopleʹs happiness and euphoria through winning the sport events acquiring the relative weights of 0/243, referees 0/24, and experts 0/231 are respectively the most important cultural challenges and opportunities of sports in Mazandaran. Familiarization of athletes with the religious principles, joint meetings between athletes and Clergymen, valuing the spirituality of the sports officials can be partly responsible for increased spirituality among athletes.
