ارزيابي ديدگاه دبيران علوم تجربي و تعليمات اجتماعي مجري طرح آموزش مبتني بر رويكرد تربيتي پيرامون محتواي كتاب كارمايه معلمان در دروس فوق

The study of the view point of the experimental science and social teaching teachers- executors of the training plan based on educational approach- toward the context of the teacher’s workbook

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسی ديدگاه دبيران علوم تجربی و تعليمات اجتماعی مجری طرح آموزش مبتنی بر رويكرد تربيتی پيرامون محتوای كتاب كارمايه معلمان دردروس علوم تجربی و تعليمات اجتماعی است. روش پژوهش توصيفی از نوع بررسی محتوا است .جامعه مورد مطالعه دبيران علوم تجربی و تعليمات اجتماعی مجری طرح آموزش مبتنی بر رويكرد تربيتی پايه دوم راهنمايی در استان‌های گلستان و سيستان و بلوجستان و شهر تهران است. از معلمان مجری طرح كه تعداد آنها 82نفر بود و محتوای كتاب كارمايه‌های معلمان نمونه‌گيری به عمل نيامد و ديدگاه‌های كليه معلمان مجری طرح پايه دوم در باره كل محتوای كتاب كارمايه‌های معلمان در دروس علوم تجربی و تعليمات اجتماعی مورد مطالعه قرارگرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها فهرست وارسی محتوای محقق ساخته كتاب كارمايه معلمان در درس علوم تجربی و تعليمات اجتماعی بود كه روايی آن با استفاده از روش محتوايی و قضاوت متخصصان و پايايی آن بر اساس درصد توافق بين ارزيابان مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. واحد تحليل محتوای درس با توجه به اهداف طرج بود. نتايج حاصل حاكی از اين است كه به اعتقاد دبيران علوم تجربی وتعليمات اجتماعی پايه دوم مجری طرح محتوای كتاب كارمايه معلمان درحوزه‌هايی از قبيل كيفيت بخشی به تدريس معلمان،ارتقای فعاليت گروهی دانش‌آموزان در كلاس درس، تلفيق محتوا با آموزه‌های دينی، برجسته سازی نكات تربيتی موفق بوده است. اما درحوزه‌هايی از قبيل برخورداری از اهداف روشن و واضح، نظم منطقی، پوشش دادن محتوای كتاب‌های درسی، ارتقای نگرش ملی، تلفيق محتوا با آموزه‌های ملی، ارتقای دانش تخصصی معلم و ارتقای تعامل مثبت بين معلمان دروس مورد مطالعه با دانش‌آموزان موفقيت لازم را كسب نكرده است.

The purpose of this research was to study the view point of the experimental science and social teaching teachers- executors of the training plan based on educational approach- toward the context of the teacher’s workbook. The method being used in this paper is of the descriptive one focusing on the content. The statistical populations consist of the experimental science and social teaching teachers- executors of the training method based on educational approach- of second grad high school, from the provinces of Sistan Balochestan and Tehran. In this paper, sampling is not implemented and all the teachers’ viewpoints (n=82) are considered about the content of the teacher’s book. Data collecting tools are the research-made questioners which their validity are confirmed by the content validity and the experts of the field. Its reliability, also, is verified agreements of evaluators. It is indicated by the result that these teachers have a lot in common in improving the teaching quality, increasing the group activities, ,integrating the content with religious beliefs and magnifying educational point. Having clear objectives in logical order, considering the content of the books, improving the national attitude, interrogating the content with national teaching, improving the specialty of the teachers, and enhancing positive interaction between teachers and students are what they are not fully agreed about.
