چكيده فارسي :
هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه ابعاد هوش هيجاني با ارزشيابي عملكرد آموزشي بوده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش عبارت بود از اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاه اروميه در سال 1391. براي انتخاب گروه نمونه، از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي با رعايت نسبت‌‌ها استفاده شد و، در مجموع، 200 نفر انتخاب شدند. پژوهش از نوع توصيفي و طرح همبستگي است. براي گردآوري دادههاي پژوهش از پرسشنامه استاندارد سيبر ـ شرينگ و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته ارزشيابي عملكرد آموزشي در مقياس پنج درجه‌اي ليكرت استفاده شد. دادههاي پژوهش، پس از جمعآوري، بر اساس فرضيههاي پژوهش و با استفاده از تحليل همبستگي كانوني تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج تحليل كانوني با 99 درصد احتمال وجود همبستگي بين دو مجموعه متغير را تاييد مي‌كند. همچنين، نتايج رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد كه مولفه‌‌هاي خودآگاهي، همدلي، مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي، و خودانگيزي پيش‌بيني‌كننده‌‌‌هاي خوبي هستند براي متغير‌هاي ملاك انضباط آموزشي، توان علمي، و شيوه تدريس
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic performance evaluation. The population of the study included faculty members of the University of Urmia in 1391. To select a sample, stratified random sampling method was used while considering the proportions. In total, 200 people were selected. The study was of descriptive - correlational type. To collect data, the standardized questionnaire of Syber Yashring and the researcher-made academic performance evaluation questionnaire were used in five-point Likert scale. Data collected based on the research hypotheses was analyzed using canonical correlation analysis. The results of canonical analysis confirmed the 99 percent probability of the correlation between the two sets of variables. The results of multiple regression showed that the components of self-awareness, empathy, social skills, and self-motivation are good predictors of academic disciplines criterion, scientific ability and teaching method.
