Impact of departments’ organizational culture on conformity with scientific ethic

تحقيق حاضر به بررسي تاثيرات فرهنگ سازماني گروه هاي آموزشي بر پيروي دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي از اخلاق علم مي پردازد. ابتدا با استفاده از نظريه شناختي- اجتماعي مدلي براي تشخيص مكانيزم هاي اساسي تاثيرگذار بر فرايند رعايت اخلاق علم در گروهاي آموزشي ارايه شد. سپس با روش پيمايش و با استفاده از نمونه گيري خوشه اي و نمونه گيري متناسب با حجم (PPS)، داده ها جمع آوري شدند. تحليل يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه اولاً وضعيت فرهنگ سازماني در ابعاد مختلف در دانشگاه هاي مورد مطالعه چندان مطلوب نيست، دوماً فرهنگ سازماني تاثيراتي مستقيم بر روي رعايت اخلاق علم دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دارد، يعني با افزايش سطح مطلوبيت فرهنگ سازماني گروهاي آموزشي ميزان رعايت اخلاق علم بيشتر مي شود. معادله ي رگرسيوني نيز با متغيرهاي در نظر گرفته شده توانستند 28 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته را تبيين كنند.

T his research deals with the impacts of the organizational culture of educational departments on postgraduate students’ conformity with scientific ethics. At first having applied socio-cognitive theory, a model was constructed to explain the basic mechanisms influential on the process of conformity with scientific ethics in educational departments and then using survey method and probability of proportional sampling (PPS) data was collected. The findings indicate that firstly, all studied universities are to some extent suffering from low organizational culture. Secondly, organizational culture has direct impact on postgraduate students’ conformity with scientific ethics, i.e. the rate of conformity with scientific ethics heightens with an increase in desirability level of the departments’ organizational culture. Also the Regression equation with regard to considered variables succeeded in explaining 28 percent of dependent variable variance.
