Review and Evaluation of Historical Documents about the BabanFamily in Iran and the Ottoman

در ميان منابع مكتوب، غير از كتاب، اسناد هم از جايگاه ويژه‌اي برخوردارند. اسناد صورت اوليه هر رويداد تاريخي است كه از برداشت ها و قضاوت هاي مورخان مصون مانده است. در روابط ايران و عثماني دوره قاجار، اسناد و مكاتبات اهميت ويژه‌اي دارند و وفور آن دست محقق را در انتخاب نوع يا انواعي از آن باز مي گذارد. در طول تاريخ حدود يك صد و پنجاه ساله قاجاريه، مكاتبات فراواني بين دولت‌مردان آن سلسله با عثماني ها انجام گرفته است. در سال‌هاي اخير بخش‌هايي از اين اسناد منتشر شده و انتشار كليه اين اسناد تلاش همه علاقه‌مندان و پژوهشگران اين حوزه تاريخي را مي‌طلبد. در اينجا براي اولين بار پنج نامه از مجموع نامه‌هاي موجود در بايگاني نخست وزيري تركيه كه به صورت ويژه به امارت بابان و نقش آن طايفه در روابط ايران و عثماني دوره قاجاريه پرداخته است، منتشر مي شود. جدا از بررسي و دانستن همه جوانب و عوامل روابط بين دو كشور و آشنايي با لايه هاي اين روابط، اهميت اين اسناد در آن است كه به حوزه اي از جغرافياي انساني و طبيعي بين عثماني و قاجاريه مي پردازد كه تاكنون از ديد تاريخ‌نويسان مخفي مانده است و تحقيقي هر‌چند مقدماتي هم، در‌اين‌باره صورت نگرفته است.

To know the history of a period, introduction and dissemination of documents of each period is the task of the researchers interested in that field of expertise. Among the written sources other than books, records have a special place. Records are primary forms of each historical event that have remained immune from the perceptions and judgments of historians. In the relations between Iran and the Ottoman in Qajar period, documents and correspondence are very important and their abundance will let the researcher to choose the type or types of them. About one hundred and fifty years in the history of Qajar, there were a series of correspondence that had been carried out between them and the government of Ottoman. Some parts of these documents have been published in recent years, and releasing all the documents requires the efforts of all interested historical researchers. Here are the first five letters of the letters in the archives of the Turkish Prime Minister are published that specifically show the Baban Emirate and its role in relations between Iran and the Ottoman in Qajar period. Apart from studying and understanding all aspects of relations between the two countries and knowing the layers of this relationship, These documents are important in the field of human and natural geography of the Ottoman and Qajar that are so far remained hidden from the view of historians and even a preliminary research, in this regard has never been done.
