چكيده فارسي :
ماهيت چند گونه درون‌شخصي، بين‌شخصي و اجتماعي كمالگرايي، مستلزم انتظارات بالاي فرد از خود، فرد از ديگران و ديگران از فرد است. اين انتظارات ممكن است علاوه بر آسيب‌هاي روان‌شناختي شخصي، مشكلات بين‌شخصي را نيز توجيه كنند. در اين پژوهش، رابطه ابعاد كمالگرايي با مشكلات بين‌شخصي بررسي شد. پنجاه دانشجوي دانشگاه تهران (36 دختر و 14 پسر) با تكميل مقياس كمالگرايي و مقياس مشكلات بين‌شخصي در اين پژوهش شركت كردند. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين ابعاد كمالگرايي و مشكلات بين‌شخصي، همبستگي مثبت معنا‌دار وجود دارد: كمالگرايي ديگرمدار با مشكلات بين‌شخصي در زمينه اطاعت‌پذيري، صميميت و مهارگري؛ كمالگرايي جامعه‌مدار با مشكلات بين‌شخصي در زمينه مردم‌آميزي و مسيوليت‌پذيري؛ و كمالگرايي خويشتن‌مدار با مشكلات بين‌شخصي در زمينه مسيوليت‌پذيري همبستگي داشتند. بين نمره‌هاي آزمودني‌هاي دختر و پسر بر حسب متغيرهاي كمالگرايي و مشكلات بين‌شخصي، تفاوت معنا‌دار مشاهده نشد. نتايج و پيامدهاي پژوهش صورت گرفته در اين مقاله تبيين و تشريح خواهند شد.
چكيده لاتين :
The multiple nature of perfectionism including intrapersonal, interpersonal, and social aspects requires oneʹs high expectations of him or herself and others as well as others high expectations of oneself. In addition to psychological pathologies, interpersonal problems might be explained by these expectations. The relationship between dimensions of perfectionism and interpersonal problems was investigated in this research. Fifty students (36 girls, 14 boys) were participated in this study from Tehran University. They were asked to fill out the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS) and the Inventory of Interpersonal Problems (IIP).
The results showed that dimensions of perfectionism significantly related to interpersonal problems: other-oriented perfectionism was associated with interpersonal problems of submissiveness, intimacy, and controlling; socially prescribed perfectionism was associated with interpersonal problems of sociability and responsibility; and self-oriented perfectionism was associated with interpersonal problems of responsibility. No significant difference was found between boys and girls in terms of perfectionism and interpersonal problems.
